美国研究型大学内部治理体系及对中国研究型大学的启示

【摘要】：美国高等教育具有先进的办学理念和治理结构,其表象是其教育制度设计、国民的教育质量和人的素质的全面提升,其内涵为"师为重,学为本,服务为贵,合作为先,环境为体"。中美研究型大学之间真正的差距在于和谐共生、持久稳定的内部治理体系。学习与借鉴美国研究型大学的内部治理体系和管理运营机制,有利于我国研究型大学开阔国际视野,改变思维定势、构建符合自身特色的内部治理体系。
[Abstract]:American higher education has advanced educational idea and governance structure, its appearance is its educational system design, the national education quality and the overall improvement of human's quality, its connotation is "teacher is the most important, learning is the foundation, service is expensive, cooperation is the first." The environment is the body ". The real gap between Chinese and American research universities lies in a harmonious and stable internal governance system. Learning from the internal governance system and management and operation mechanism of American research universities is helpful for our research universities to broaden their international horizons, change their thinking patterns, and construct their own internal governance system with their own characteristics.
