学术型女硕士研究生入学动机的学术偏离和纠偏策略研究

【摘要】:入学动机作为学习动机的重要组成部分,影响着研究生入学后的学习心态和科研成绩。当下学术型女硕士研究生的比例持续上升,随之而来的科研能力低下问题日益突出。在这种重视科研人才培养的背景下,国内外学者对学术型研究生展开相关研究,并取得了一些成果。然而,研究仍然存在不足之处,主要表现为针对学术型女硕士研究生入学动机的学术偏离的研究较少,并且关于学术型女硕士入学动机的学术偏离及影响因素的研究大多偏重于理论分析。由此,系统研究当下学术型女硕士研究生入学动机的学术偏离情况及其影响因素,对于各高校有针对性地提高学术型女研究生的教育质量具有重要的实践参考价值。本文以在读的学术型女硕士研究生的入学动机为研究对象,希望实现以下研究目的:一是调查了解当下学术型女硕士研究生入学动机学术偏离的现状;二是探索学术型女硕士研究生入学动机学术偏离的影响因素;三是根据影响因素分析结果,寻找针对女硕士研究生入学动机的学术偏离的纠偏措施。为达到此研究目的,本文主要采取了文献分析法、问卷调查和统计分析法等研究方法;采用了分层随机抽样技术,对以江西师范大学为主的417名女研究生进行了问卷调查,共收集有效问卷370份。文章的主要研究内容为:第一,依据ERG需要层次理论和奥斯丁三因素理论,提出学术型女硕士研究生入学动机的理论框架。根据该框架,基于生存需要、关系需要及成长需要等需要层次提出入学动机的分类假设,同时又基于个体特征、教学环境及学习参与等理论因素和家庭背景、社会观念等其他影响因素提出了系列研究假设。第二,为验证研究假设,对因变量与自变量进行相应设定,同时对变量进行操作化并开发调查问卷。第三,基于问卷调查,分析学术型女硕士研究生入学动机学术偏离的现状,并通过探索性因素分析、独立样本T检验、单因素方法分析以及双变量相关等统计学方法来验证上述研究假设;第四,结合研究的结果,文章对如何纠正学术型女硕士研究生入学动机的学术偏离提出一些建议。研究发现:(1)样本中的学术型女硕士研究生的入学动机存在一定程度上的学术偏离;(2)年级、年龄、教学环境、学习参与、父母文化水平、社会观念等六个变量对学术型女硕士研究生入学的学术动机具有显著影响,且高年级(研三)、高年龄(26岁及以上)、高校教学环境差、本科阶段成绩差、父母文化水平低以及受周围人影响较深的学术型女硕士研究生入学动机的学术偏离强,学术动机水平低。据此,本文认为,导致学术型女硕士研究生入学动机学术偏离的原因主要有如下几点:首先,女硕士与教育部门、招生单位和导师之间分别作为信息占有的劣势方与优势方,在研究生招生的过程中存在着信息传递上的不对称现象,以致高校与学术型女硕士之间缺乏有效的信息交流和传递渠道。其次,文凭作为就业市场上主要的可识别信号,给部分功利的学术型女硕士传递了“高学历等于高能力”的错误信号。因此,要纠正学术型女硕士入学动机的学术偏离,需要有如下有针对性的教育策略:第一,纠正学术型女硕士对学术研究的偏见,使学术研究在学术型女硕士心中去神秘化、去职业化以及去性别歧视;第二,规避学术型女硕士与高校间的信息不对称。主要分为三项措施,首先合理制定招生计划,改进招生计划简章;其次加强对学术型研究生专业、研究方向和院校导师的宣传和介绍力度;最后改进信息公开渠道;第三,构建多样的学术交流平台,促进学术型女硕士的学术交流;第四,构建优良的高校教学环境,激发学术型女硕士的学术热情。
[Abstract]:As an important part of the learning motivation, the enrollment motivation affects the learning mentality and scientific achievements of postgraduate students. The proportion of academic female graduate students is rising continuously, and the problem of low scientific research ability is becoming increasingly prominent. Under the background of the training of scientific research talents, scholars both at home and abroad are to academic graduate students. There are still some achievements in this study. However, there are still shortcomings in the study, which is mainly manifested in the lack of academic deviation from the academic motivation of the academic female graduate students, and the academic deviation and the influencing factors of the motivation of the academic female master's enrollment are mostly focused on the theoretical analysis. The academic deviation and the influencing factors of academic female graduate students' enrollment motivation are of important practical reference value for all colleges and universities to improve the education quality of academic female graduate students. The first is to investigate and understand the current status of academic deviation of academic motivation for academic female graduate students; two to explore the influencing factors of academic deviation of academic postgraduate enrollment motivation; three, according to the results of influencing factors analysis, to find the correction measures for academic deviation for female graduate students' enrollment motivation. This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis, and adopts the stratified random sampling technique to carry out a questionnaire survey on 417 female postgraduates based on Jiangxi Normal University and collect 370 valid questionnaires. The main contents of the article are as follows: first, according to the theory of ERG needs hierarchy and Austen The three factor theory puts forward the theoretical framework of the motivation of academic postgraduate enrollment. Based on the framework, based on the needs of survival, the needs of relations and the needs of growth, the classification hypothesis of enrollment motivation is put forward. At the same time, it is based on individual characteristics, teaching environment and learning participation and other theoretical factors, family background, social concept and other other shadows. A series of research hypotheses were put forward. Second, in order to verify the hypothesis, the dependent variable and the independent variable were set, the variables were operated and the questionnaire was developed. Third, based on the questionnaire survey, the current status of academic deviation of academic female postgraduate enrollment motivation was analyzed, and the independent sample T was analyzed through exploratory factor analysis. Test, single factor method analysis and bivariate correlation and other statistical methods to verify the above research hypothesis; fourth, combined with the results of the study, the article puts forward some suggestions on how to correct academic deviation of academic postgraduate enrollment motivation. (1) there is a study on the motivation of academic female graduate students in the sample. The degree of academic deviation; (2) grade, age, teaching environment, learning participation, parents' cultural level, social concept, and other six variables have significant influence on academic motivation of academic postgraduate enrollment, and the senior grade (three), high age (26 years and up), poor teaching environment in Colleges and universities, poor grades in undergraduate stage, and low parents' cultural level As well as the academic deviation from academic motivation of academic female graduate students who are deeply affected by the surrounding people, academic motivation is low and the academic motivation is low. In this paper, the main reasons are as follows: first, the female master and the education department, the enrollment unit and the tutor respectively as information. The disadvantaged side and the dominant side, in the process of postgraduate enrollment, there are asymmetries in information transmission, so that there is a lack of effective communication and transmission channels between universities and academic female masters. Secondly, diplomas are the main identifiable signals in the employment market, and the academic female master master of some utilitarianism has passed "high school". Therefore, in order to correct academic deviation of academic female master's motivation, it is necessary to have the following pertinent educational strategies: first, to correct the prejudice of academic female master to academic research, to mystifying academic research in the heart of academic female master's master, to be professionalized and to sex discrimination; second, The information asymmetry between academic female master and university is divided into three measures, which are mainly divided into three measures: first, enacting the enrollment plan reasonably, improving the enrolment plan, secondly, strengthening the academic postgraduate specialty, the research direction and the propaganda and introduction of the college tutors; finally, improving the information open channel; and third, building a variety of academic exchange platform, Promote academic exchange of academic female masters; fourth, build a good teaching environment in Colleges and universities, and stimulate academic enthusiasm of academic female masters.
