在校大学生创业生涯发展叙事研究

【摘要】：2014年李克强总理首次提出在全国范围内推动“大众创业、万众创新”以来,全国掀起了一股创业热潮。这一口号的提出赋予了广大青年新的时代使命,也为创业实践提供了难得的舞台和空间。在这样的大背景下,政府出台多种优惠及扶植政策来支持与鼓励创业行为,使得越来越多的大学生自愿加入了创业的大军中。大学生作为一个为高学历群体,参与创业就是将理论知识转化、发挥专业特长和优势资源整合的系统过程。然而对在校大学生这一群体而言,创业资源十分匮乏,又没有创业经验。再者,他们一方面要兼顾学业,另一方面又要筹备、管理自己的小事业,这就使得他们要比其他创业者投入得要更多,付出的要更多。本研究选取研究者所在学校的三名在校大学生为研究对象,以生涯发展理论为基础,通过对在校大学生创业者生涯故事进行深入探究,挖掘其创业心路历程,在此基础上,个体、家庭、学校和社会维度,探讨大学生选择在校学习期间创业的影响因素及这样的选择会给他们带来怎样的影响。本文懫用质性研究方法,以访谈为主,观察法为辅的方式搜集资料,并通过案例以叙事的方式分析在校大学生的创业故事。本研究主要内容及各章内容如下:第一部分:绪论介绍研究缘起、研究目的和意义、文献综述、创新点、核心概念;第二部分:第一章研究方案、研究过程及设计。本章说明了研究采用的研究方法及其原因,研究具体步骤和过程,最后叙述了研究者对研究客观性、推论度以及伦理的反思;第三部分:第二章到第四章采用的叙事方法,结合被访者的成长经历,叙述了三位被访者在校期间创业生涯发展历程。通过对被访者的创业生涯历程的叙述,突出成长中的关键事件、面临的困难,“重现”这些在校大学生创业生涯发展的真实状况;第四部分:第五章是结论探讨与研究反思。在对被研究者创业生涯发展历程叙述的基础上,来探究大学生选择在校学习期间创业的影响因素,及这样的选择会给他们带来影响。并对在校创业大学生及对创业教育提出有益建议,最后对本研究不足进行反思。
[Abstract]:Since Li Keqiang Prime Minister Li Keqiang first proposed a nationwide push for "mass entrepreneurship, innovation" in 2014, there has been an entrepreneurial boom across the country. This slogan endows the youth with a new mission and provides a rare stage and space for entrepreneurial practice. In this context, the government has introduced a variety of preferential and supportive policies to support and encourage entrepreneurial behavior, making more and more college students voluntarily join the army of entrepreneurship. College students, as a group with high academic qualifications, are involved in the systematic process of transforming theoretical knowledge, giving full play to their specialties and integrating their advantages and resources. However, for the college students, entrepreneurial resources are very scarce, and there is no entrepreneurial experience. Moreover, they have to balance their studies and prepare for, manage their own small business, which makes them more than other entrepreneurs to invest more, to pay more. Based on the theory of career development, this study selects three college students from the school where the researcher lives, and explores the career stories of college students' entrepreneurs, and then excavates the course of their entrepreneurship. From the individual, family, school and social dimensions, this paper probes into the factors influencing college students' choice of entrepreneurship during their study in school and how such choice will affect them. This paper uses qualitative research methods, mainly interviews, observation as a supplementary way to collect data, and through the case of narrative way to analyze the entrepreneurial stories of college students. The main contents and chapters of this study are as follows: the first part: introduction: introduction to the origin, purpose and significance of the study, literature review, innovation, core concepts; part two: chapter one: research program, research process and design. This chapter describes the research methods and their reasons, the specific steps and processes of the study, and finally describes the researcher's reflection on the objectivity, corollary degree and ethics of the research; part three: the narrative methods used in the second to fourth chapters. Combined with the interviewee's growth experience, the author narrates the development course of three interviewees' entrepreneurial career in school. Through the narration of the interviewee's entrepreneurial career course, it highlights the key events in the growth, the difficulties faced, and "recreates" the true situation of the entrepreneurial career development of these college students. The fourth part: chapter five is the conclusion discussion and the research introspection. On the basis of the narration of the development course of the researcher's entrepreneurial career, this paper explores the influencing factors of college students' choice of entrepreneurship during their study in school, and the influence of such choice on them. At last, the author puts forward some useful suggestions to the entrepreneurial college students and entrepreneurship education, and finally reflects on the insufficiency of this study.
