基于现实评价的辅导员人生发展拐点研究

【摘要】:根据人生发展阶段理论,辅导员需要结合外部环境和自身实际,确定好人生发展的专业化道路,从人生拐点出现的现实性、几率大小、调控程序等多方努力,创生出有助于人生专业发展的拐点。在两难评价生存处境的夹缝中,利用好岗位优势、自我人际环境,借助SWOT分析法,不断调适奋斗目标。紧紧抓住科研能力提升、专业化知识技能递增、实践经验的丰富这些关键要素,根据自己天赋和兴趣所在,在优势方面取得实质性的拐点突破。
[Abstract]:According to the theory of the stage of life development, the counselors need to combine the external environment and their own reality, to determine the professional road of life development, and to make various efforts from the reality, the probability, the control program, and so on, which appear at the inflection point of life. Create an inflection point that is conducive to professional development in life. In the gap between the dilemma to evaluate the survival situation, to make use of the post advantage, self-interpersonal environment, SWOT analysis method, constantly adjust the goals. Grasping the key elements of enhancing scientific research ability, increasing specialized knowledge and skills and enriching practical experience, according to their own talent and interest, they can make a substantial breakthrough in their advantages.
