大学生创业教育对创业倾向的影响研究

【摘要】：近年来,受到国内高校招生规模扩大以及全球金融危机的负面影响,大学生就业的严峻形势日益加剧。大学生选择创业能很大程度上缓解毕业生就业压力。在创业的过程中,创业者需具备风险担当、机会识别、政策解读、统筹推动的综合能力,以此降低犯错概率,降低创业失败率。创业能力是可以通过学习获得的技能,教育培训是提高个人创业综合技能的重要手段。作为丰富受教育者创业知识和提高受教育者创业技能的重要手段,创业教育对激发受教育者创业兴趣及培养受教者创业精神具有重要的作用。此外,创业倾向是创业的重要前置因素,能在很大程度上对创业行为进行预测。因此,从创业教育角度出发研究创业倾向的影响因素,对于提高大学生综合素质,培养大学生创新精神,解析大学生创业本质具有非常重要的意义。本文从创业教育视角出发,探究大学生创业教育与大学生创业倾向的关系以及创业态度在大学生创业教育和大学生创业倾向间的中介效应。本研究依托于在校大学生填写的426份有效问卷,并采用因子分析、相关分析和回归分析方法对本文假设进行验证,最终得出以下结论:第一,创业教育指标中的创业类课程、创业计划竞赛对创业倾向具有显著正向影响,而创业讲座和创业活动对创业倾向没有影响。第二,外生创业态度在创业教育与创业倾向之间具有部分中介作用。第三,内生创业态度在创业教育与创业倾向之间不具有中介作用,而内生创业态度会对创业倾向产生直接影响。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the severe situation of college students' employment has been aggravated by the enlargement of enrollment scale and the negative influence of the global financial crisis. College students choosing to start a business can alleviate the employment pressure of graduates to a great extent. In the process of starting a business, the entrepreneur should have the comprehensive ability of risk bearing, opportunity identification, policy interpretation and overall promotion, so as to reduce the probability of making mistakes and reduce the failure rate of entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is a skill that can be acquired by learning, and education and training is an important means to improve the comprehensive skills of individual entrepreneurship. As an important means to enrich students' entrepreneurial knowledge and improve their entrepreneurial skills, entrepreneurship education plays an important role in arousing their interest in entrepreneurship and cultivating their entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, entrepreneurial propensity is an important presupposition factor, which can predict entrepreneurial behavior to a great extent. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of entrepreneurial tendency from the angle of entrepreneurship education, to improve the comprehensive quality of college students, to cultivate the innovative spirit of college students, and to analyze the essence of college students' entrepreneurship. From the perspective of entrepreneurship education, this paper explores the relationship between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial tendency of college students and the intermediary effect of entrepreneurial attitude between entrepreneurial education and entrepreneurial tendency of college students. This study is based on 426 valid questionnaires filled out by college students, and uses factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the hypothesis of this paper. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: first, entrepreneurship courses in entrepreneurship education indicators. Entrepreneurial planning competition has a significant positive impact on entrepreneurial orientation, while entrepreneurship lectures and entrepreneurial activities have no effect on entrepreneurial orientation. Secondly, exogenous entrepreneurial attitude plays a part intermediary role between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial tendency. Thirdly, endogenous entrepreneurial attitude does not play an intermediary role between entrepreneurship education and entrepreneurial tendency, and endogenous entrepreneurial attitude has a direct impact on entrepreneurial orientation.
