【摘要】：提高社会大众对思想政治教育的认同,必须从思想政治教育专业本科生专业认同为出发点。思想政治教育本科生具有较高的专业认同对于提高思想政治教育专业学生的培养效果以及深化思想政治教育专业的理论研究、培养出具有改革创新意识的青年思想政治教育工作者具有重要意义。因此,文章以内蒙古自治区开设思想政治教育专业的高校为对象进行调查,经过对调查数据的统计分析,思想政治教育本科生的专业认同整体是较好的,但是依然存在一些认同度不高的同学以及影响其认同度不高的因素。通过对调查数据的分析,家庭环境、同辈群体环境、学校教育、政府政策是思想政治教育本科生最初选择思想政治教育专业的动力性因素。对于思想政治教育本科生在选择思想政治教育专业后能否坚定其专业认同的影响因素有社会认可度、就业前景、学校及专业综合实力、考研深造的难易度、多元文化价值观、微博、微信等新兴媒体、教师授课方式。文章从国家、学校、家庭、个人四个层面提出提升思想政治教育本科生专业认同度的途径,从而将思想政治教育本科生的专业认同辐射到全社会之中。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the social identity of ideological and political education, we must start from the professional identity of undergraduates majoring in ideological and political education. The undergraduate students of ideological and political education have higher professional identity to improve the training effect of students majoring in ideological and political education and to deepen the theoretical research of ideological and political education major. It is of great significance to cultivate the young ideological and political educators with the consciousness of reform and innovation. Therefore, the article takes the colleges and universities in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region that set up the ideological and political education specialty as the object of investigation. Through the statistical analysis of the survey data, the professional identity of the undergraduate students of ideological and political education is relatively good. However, there are still some students with low degree of identity and the factors that affect the degree of identity. Through the analysis of survey data, family environment, peer group environment, school education and government policy are the motive factors for undergraduates of ideological and political education to choose the major of ideological and political education at first. The factors that influence whether the undergraduates of ideological and political education can confirm their professional identity after choosing the major of ideological and political education include social recognition, employment prospects, the comprehensive strength of school and major, the difficulty of taking part in postgraduate studies, and the multi-cultural values. Weibo, WeChat and other emerging media, teaching methods. This paper puts forward the ways to promote the degree of professional identity of undergraduates in ideological and political education from four aspects: state, school, family and individual, so as to radiate the professional identity of undergraduates of ideological and political education into the whole society.
