从“训练”到“养成”——基于“训练营”模式的非师范毕业新教师教育素养培育研究

【摘要】：随着教师资格证的改革推进,大量非师范毕业生进入教师队伍,其教育素养不足问题也日益凸显。要做到既遵循教育素养的"养成"规律又兼顾当下非师范毕业新教师(下称"学员")教育技能的掌握和潜力的培育,就必须跳出既有培训思维,在教育素养的"训练"和"养成"上找到结合点。研究提出"训练营"模式,主张在实践"浸润"模式下,通过科学设计和实施,在"训练"夯实基础(技能)的同时,为学员预留未来发展("养成")接口、规划发展路径、预设发展框架,提供发展方法和智慧支持,实现从"训练"到"养成"的科学过渡。
[Abstract]:With the reform of teacher qualification, a large number of non-normal graduates enter the teaching team, and their educational literacy is becoming increasingly prominent. In order to not only follow the law of "cultivating" education literacy, but also give consideration to the mastery and potential cultivation of the educational skills of new teachers who are not normal graduates (hereinafter referred to as "cadets"), we must jump out of the existing training thinking. Find out the combination of training and cultivation of educational literacy. This paper puts forward the mode of "training camp", advocates that under the mode of practice "infiltration", through scientific design and implementation, while "training" solidify the foundation (skill), reserve the interface of future development ("nurturance") for the students, and plan the path of development. Presupposes the development framework, provides the development method and the wisdom support, realizes the scientific transition from "training" to "nurturance".
