大学生村官创业自我效能及其与创业意愿关系研究

【摘要】:随着我国经济发展,迫切需要实现产业的转型升级,实施创新驱动的经济发展战略。提倡“大众创新,万众创业”是经济发展的现实需要,同时也是破解大学生就业难题的现实选择。政府为了鼓励大学生积极创业和促进农村创业出台了很多优惠政策。大学生村官是大学生创业和农村创业的主力军,研究其创业自我效能和创业意愿是从微观主体角度切入,更有利于揭示大学生村官创业行为的本质,促进农村创业活动的有效推进。研究主要探索个体特征和家庭特征对大学生村官创业自我效能、创业意愿的影响,以及其创业自我效能与创业意愿之间的相关关系。个体特征包括性别、学历、专业、职业选择动机和接受创业教育状况;家庭特征包括父母的文化程度、收入来源和家人对创业的态度。在现有研究文献基础上对个体特征、家庭特征、创业自我效能和创业意愿之间关系作出理论假设,探讨变量之间的关系。通过问卷调查法收集真实数据,利用SPSS统计软件进行实证研究,验证假设并得到如下结论:个体特征中,性别、学历、专业对大学生村官创业自我效能没有显著影响,但性别对但对创业意愿有影响,男性创业意愿显著高于女性。创业教育、职业选择动机对创业自我效能、创业意愿有显著正向影响。家庭特征中父母的文化水平和收入来源对创业自我效能和创业意愿都没有影响,有显著相关性的主要是家人对其创业的态度,家人对其创业行为越理解越支持创业自我效能和创业意愿也就越强。创业自我效能与创业意愿正相关,变量间呈中度的相关。由此推知,个体特征和家庭特征通过创业自我效能的部分中介作用或者直接对大学生村官创业意愿产生影响。社会文化、创业环境、创业教育和家庭教育等因素通过创业自我效能的影响最终作用于大学生村官创业行为。结合现阶段上述几个方面的现状和不足,研究最后针对性地提出了提升大学生村官创业自我效能促进创业的策略建议,如营造宽容、平等、鼓励创新的良好社会文化健全创业配套服务体系,完善创业保障制度将创业教育融入人才培养体系,树立科学的人才培养理念加强对在职的大学生村官的创业培训等,以期提升大学生特别是大学生村官的创业成功率,促进人力资本发展。
[Abstract]:With the economic development of our country, it is urgent to realize the transformation and upgrade of industry and implement the strategy of economic development driven by innovation. It is the realistic need of economic development to advocate "mass innovation and mass entrepreneurship", and it is also the realistic choice to solve the employment problem of college students. In order to encourage college students to start a business and promote rural entrepreneurship, the government has introduced a lot of preferential policies. The university student village officials are the main force of university students' entrepreneurship and rural entrepreneurship. The study of their entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial will is from the perspective of micro-subjects, which is more conducive to revealing the essence of university students' village officials' entrepreneurial behavior. Promoting effective promotion of rural entrepreneurial activities. The study mainly explores the effects of individual and family characteristics on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial willingness, and the correlation between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial willingness of college students' village officials. Individual characteristics include gender, academic background, major, career choice motivation and entrepreneurship education; family characteristics include parents' educational background, income source and family attitude towards entrepreneurship. On the basis of the existing research literature, the relationship between individual characteristics, family characteristics, entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial willingness is hypothesized, and the relationship between variables is discussed. Through the method of questionnaire survey to collect real data, using SPSS statistical software for empirical research, verify the hypothesis and draw the following conclusions: individual characteristics, gender, education, major on college students village officials entrepreneurial self-efficacy has no significant impact. However, gender had an effect on entrepreneurial willingness, which was significantly higher in men than in women. Entrepreneurship education and career choice motivation have significant positive effects on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial willingness. The parents' educational level and income source have no effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial willingness in family characteristics, and the significant correlation is the attitude of family towards entrepreneurship. The more family members understand their entrepreneurial behavior, the more they support entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial willingness. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy was positively correlated with entrepreneurial willingness, and the variables were moderately correlated. From this, it can be concluded that individual characteristics and family characteristics have a direct impact on the entrepreneurial willingness of college students' village officials through part of intermediary role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. Factors such as social culture, entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurship education and family education ultimately affect the entrepreneurial behavior of university students' village officials through the influence of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. According to the present situation and deficiency of the above aspects, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the self-efficacy of college students' village officials, such as creating tolerance and equality. Encouraging innovative social culture and perfecting the supporting service system for entrepreneurship, perfecting the entrepreneurship security system, integrating entrepreneurship education into the personnel training system, establishing a scientific concept of talent training, and strengthening the entrepreneurial training for university students' village officials on the job, etc. In order to promote the success rate of college students, especially university student village officials, promote the development of human capital.
