跨地域背景下学生学习适应性的影响因素分析——基于2015年秋季大陆赴台交换生的调查

【摘要】：以大陆赴台交换生为例,研究跨地域背景下的学生学习适应性问题。通过自编问卷和实证数据收集,在探索性因子分析的基础上,构建结构方程模型进行验证性因子分析,对大陆赴台交换生的学习适应性影响因素与学习适应性之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明:学习态度与行动和校园设施与环境对学习环境适应性具有直接作用效应;学习态度与行动对学习主体性具有直接作用效应;社会议题与政策对学习有效性具有直接作用效应;学习环境适应性对学习主体性具有直接作用效应。通过此文,尝试性地为研究其他类型的跨地域交流培养学生的学习适应性问题提出可资借鉴的研究路径。
[Abstract]:Taking the exchange students from the mainland to Taiwan as an example, this paper studies the students' learning adaptability in the cross region background. Through the self-made questionnaire and the empirical data collection, on the basis of the exploratory factor analysis, the structural equation model is constructed to carry out the confirmatory factor analysis, and the relationship between the adaptability factors and the learning adaptability of the students in mainland China to Taiwan is related to the learning adaptability. The results show that learning attitude and action and campus facilities and environment have direct effect on the adaptability of learning environment; learning attitude and action have direct effect on learning subjectivity; social issues and policies have direct effect on learning effectiveness; learning environment adaptability has a good effect on learning subjectivity. It has a direct effect. Through this article, we try to put forward a useful research path for studying other types of cross regional communication to cultivate students' learning adaptability.
