权力论视角下大学治理的省思

【摘要】：一直以来,人们都将社会机构的治理逻辑与大学治理混同使用,这导致大学治理实践无法真正找到落脚点。实际上,大学治理本身所用的理念和逻辑与其他社会组织是有所不同的,治理的核心问题是解决权力配置之间的矛盾。从本质上分析,大学治理的着力点放在学术组织内外的权力生态失衡与运行逻辑的异化上。更确切地说,围绕权力展开的治理是人们应对诸多问题的一次认知革命。对当下来说,我国大学治理的需求在于创造新的权力逻辑,降低由精细化管控所带来的高成本和低效。而在长期,我们应重新界定参与治理的权力主体,通过权力协作提高智识生活的质量才是大学治理所要实现的最高境界。
[Abstract]:All along, people have mixed the governance logic of social institutions with university governance, which leads to the practice of university governance can not really find a foothold. In fact, the concept and logic of university governance itself is different from that of other social organizations. The core problem of governance is to solve the contradiction between the allocation of power. In essence, the focus of university governance lies in the imbalance of power ecology inside and outside academic organizations and the alienation of operational logic. More precisely, governance around power is a cognitive revolution for people to deal with many problems. At present, the demand of university governance in our country lies in creating new power logic and reducing the high cost and inefficiency brought by fine control. In the long run, we should redefine the main body of power to participate in governance, and improve the quality of intellectual life through power cooperation is the highest level of university governance.
