【摘要】：正推行师德考核负面清单制度,实行师德"一票否决"。加强对教师课堂教学活动和教学实践环节的考核监督力度。针对不同学科领域和研究类型,建立分类评价标准。教师考核评价制度改革是高等教育领域综合改革的重要内容,也是高校教师发展和人事制度改革的重点难点问题,科学合理的考核评价制度,能够激发高校教师教书育人、科学研究、创新创业的活力。《教育部关于深化高校教师考核评价制度改革的指导
