我国高校创业教育组织建设研究

【摘要】:在就业形势日趋严峻的今天,世界各国都开始对创业教育进行有效的尝试,英、美是开展创业教育比较成功的国家,英、美两国创业教育的成功与两国高校创业教育组织对两国高校创业教育所做的贡献密切相关。我国高校创业教育与英、美两国仍存在差距。这与我国高校创业教育起步较晚,高校创业教育组织没有充分发挥对高校创业教育的推动作用有关。本文基于以往研究成果,从学习型组织理论、管理协同理论与三螺旋理论角度作为研究切入点,剖析我国高校创业教育组织的现状、存在的主要问题及成因。探讨英、美两国成功的高校创业教育组织运行方式,借鉴成功经验,得出我国高校创业教育组织建设的策略。本文包含六个部分:第一部分对本研究的选题、国内外研究现状、研究思路与方法进行了阐述;第二部分通过对已有研究资料的查阅与整理,对高校创业教育组织相关概念与高校创业教育组织建设的相关理论进行了研究;第三部分对我国高校创业教育组织的现状、存在的问题与成因进行了分析;第四部分以英、美两国开展创业教育比较成功的高校创业教育组织为案例进行案例研究,分析它们的运行方式,得出对我国高校创业教育组织建设的启示;第五部分是对我国高校创业教育组织建设的建议性对策。第六部分对本研究做了总结与展望。本研究采用文献研究法,对关于高校创业教育组织、高校创业教育组织建设理论等文献进行仔细梳理,了解国内外高校创业教育组织研究的现状、高校创业教育组织建设的相关理论和我国高校创业教育组织的现状及存在的主要问题。还采用案例分析法,以剑桥大学精英创业协会、斯坦福创业学生商会和牛津大学赛德商学院为案例,对欧美高校创业教育组织进行比较研究。得出了以下结论:(1)我国高校创业教育组织建设的内容主要包括组织内部管理建设、组织运行成效建设与组织外部关系建设。(2)我国高校创业教育组织需遵循科学、实用、高效、协调和可持续性原则。(3)我国高校创业教育组织的框架结构包括内部管理运行机制、运行保障机制、对外联络运行机制。(4)我国高校创业教育组织需加强滚动目标运行机制、成员配置运行机制、沟通协调运行机制、创业教学运行机制、创业实践运行机制、监督考评运行机制、校友联络运行机制、企业联络运行机制与政府联络运行机制的建设。
[Abstract]:Today, when the employment situation is becoming increasingly severe, all countries in the world have begun to make effective attempts on entrepreneurship education. Britain and the United States are relatively successful countries in undertaking entrepreneurship education. The success of entrepreneurship education in the United States and the United States is closely related to the contributions made by the entrepreneurship education organizations of the two countries to the entrepreneurship education in the colleges and universities of the two countries. There is still a gap between entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China and Britain and the United States. This is related to the late start of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, and the failure of the organization of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities to give full play to the role of promoting entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. Based on the previous research results, this paper analyzes the current situation, main problems and causes of entrepreneurial education organizations in colleges and universities in China from the perspective of learning organization theory, management synergy theory and triple helix theory. This paper probes into the successful running modes of entrepreneurship education organizations in universities in Britain and the United States, and draws the strategies for the construction of entrepreneurship education organizations in colleges and universities in our country by using successful experiences for reference. This paper consists of six parts: the first part of this research topics, domestic and foreign research status, research ideas and methods are described; the second part of the existing research materials through the consultation and collation, The related concepts of entrepreneurship education organization in colleges and universities and the related theory of the organization construction of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities are studied. The third part analyzes the current situation, problems and causes of entrepreneurship education organization in colleges and universities in our country; the fourth part analyzes the problems and causes of entrepreneurship education organization in colleges and universities. The successful entrepreneurship education organizations in colleges and universities in the United States and the United States have carried out case studies, analyzed their operation methods, and obtained the enlightenment to the construction of entrepreneurship education organizations in colleges and universities in China. The fifth part is the suggestion countermeasure to our country university entrepreneurship education organization construction. The sixth part makes the summary and the prospect to this research. This research adopts the method of literature research to carefully comb the literature about the organization of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities and the theory of the organization construction of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, so as to understand the present situation of the research on the organization of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities at home and abroad. The related theories of the organization construction of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities, the present situation and main problems of the entrepreneurial education organizations in colleges and universities in China. A comparative study of entrepreneurship education organizations in Europe and the United States is carried out by taking the Cambridge University Elite Entrepreneurship Association, Stanford Entrepreneurship students' Chamber of Commerce and Oxford University Syd Business School as cases. The following conclusions are drawn: (1) the contents of the organization construction of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in China mainly include the construction of internal management, the construction of organizational effectiveness and the construction of external relations. (2) the organization of entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities in our country should follow the scientific, practical and efficient construction. The principles of coordination and sustainability. (3) the framework structure of entrepreneurship education organization in colleges and universities in China includes internal management operation mechanism, operation guarantee mechanism, external liaison operation mechanism. (4) China's university entrepreneurship education organization needs to strengthen the rolling target operation mechanism. The construction of the operation mechanism of member configuration, communication and coordination, the operation mechanism of entrepreneurship teaching, the running mechanism of entrepreneurial practice, the supervision and evaluation of operation mechanism, the operation mechanism of alumni liaison and operation, the operation mechanism of enterprise liaison and government liaison.
