独立学院迁址办学热的冷思考

【摘要】:从某种意义来说,独立学院迁址办学是其创办时的"公—私"联姻模式在应对新的政策环境时各利益相关者相互博弈的一次升级和延续,呈现数量多、规模大、投入高、迁址进程不一等特点。独立学院迁址后在办学理念的正当性、办学资源(主要包括师资、生源和经费等)的可获得性、大学职能履行的适切性、校园文化建设和大学治理的迫切性等方面面临诸多挑战,各利益相关者必须谨慎决策、协同创新,促使独立学院稳定而可持续发展。
[Abstract]:In a sense, the relocation of independent colleges and schools is an upgrade and continuation of the "public-private" marriage model when it was founded in response to the new policy environment, with a large number, large scale and high investment. The process of relocation is different and so on. The legitimacy of the idea of running a school after the relocation of an independent college, the availability of educational resources (including teachers, students and funds, etc.), the appropriateness of performing university functions, etc. The construction of campus culture and the urgency of university governance are facing many challenges. All stakeholders must make careful decisions and cooperate with innovation to promote the stable and sustainable development of independent colleges.
