基于语料库的中国英语学习者名词—名词搭配概念迁移错误研究

【摘要】：搭配研究一直以来是二语习得研究的热点,其中搭配错误研究越来越引起人们的关注。在中国英语学习者语料库中,名词-名词搭配错误数排名第二,但专门针对名词-名词搭配错误的研究还很少且不深入。本研究借助中国英语学习者语料库,现代汉语语料库,美国当代语料库,通过中介语与英语,汉语与中介语,英语与汉语和中介语与中介语四组对比分析,找出由概念迁移引起的名词-名词搭配错误,并通过英汉“名词+名词”结构对比,旨在发现由概念迁移引起的名词-名词搭配错误的类型及规律,从词汇和语法概念层面解释造成中国英语学习者名词-名词搭配错误的原因。同时,本文还分析了中国英语学习者英语水平与概念迁移造成的名词-名词搭配错误之间的关系。基于语料库的研究结果,笔者还设计了翻译测试,对中国英语学习者的英语名词-名词搭配掌握情况做了进一步调查研究,并采用访谈的形式对造成中国英语学习者名词-名词搭配错误的原因进行了实证分析。研究结果显示受概念迁移影响的名词-名词搭配错误在所有名词-名词搭配错误中占有相当大的比例,从概念迁移的角度分析发现,导致这些错误的原因在于学习者忽略母语与目标语之间的名词-名词搭配概念的差异,从而错误的移用基于一语的概念,构建基于二语以及共享的概念。同时,研究还发现随着学习者英语水平的变化,受概念迁移影响的名词-名词搭配错误总体并未呈现显著差异。但在词汇层面的概念迁移造成的名词-名词搭配错误会随着学习者水平的提高而减少,差异显著,而语法层面的概念迁移名词-名词搭配错误并不会随着学习者水平的提高而减少。结合研究结果,本文对外语教学及中国英语学习者的名词-名词搭配习得提出了一些可行性建议。
