社会需求与外语学科建设

【摘要】：社会需求表现为国家需求和个人需求。外语教学和外语学科建设应该既适应国家战略大需求,又要满足个人发展的小需求。外语学科服务社会需求需要以本身的发展作为基础。外语学科一个重要的任务就是为各级各类学校提供高质量的师资。因此,高校的外语学科应该从以下几个方面思考和实践其发展路径:(1)英语专业和大学英语之间的协同发展;(2)做好顶层设计,融入学校整体发展规划;(3)培养学术骨干,建设学习共同体;(4)促进教师发展,带动教学水平提高;(5)学科定位中应包括为高等教育国际化服务,外语学科本身应率先国际化。
[Abstract]:The social needs are expressed as national and personal needs. Foreign language teaching and foreign language discipline construction should meet the needs of the national strategy. And to meet the small needs of personal development. Foreign language disciplines to serve social needs need to be based on their own development. One of the important tasks of foreign language disciplines is to provide high quality teachers for all levels of schools. The foreign language discipline in colleges and universities should consider and practice its development path from the following aspects: (1) the synergetic development between English majors and college English; 2) do the top level design well, integrate the whole development plan of the school; (3) cultivating academic backbone and constructing learning community; (4) promoting the development of teachers and improving the teaching level; The orientation of the subject should include serving the internationalization of higher education, while the foreign language discipline itself should take the lead in internationalization.

【正文快照】： 中国正在发生巨大的变化。国家、社会、个人对外语学习的需求也在悄然改变。社会需求的变化对不同层面的英语教学改革提出了新目标、新要求。高校外语学科的改革与发展不但应该主动去适应时代的需求,甚至还应该先行一步,高瞻远瞩,未雨绸缪,努力去预测、提升和引领社会的需求。
