南宁市初中英语教师教材使用现状调查研究

【摘要】：随着世界信息与经济全球化的发展,外语在教育中的位置越发凸显其重要性。世界各国逐渐认识到外语基础教育的重要性,掀起了基础教育改革的热潮。英语教育是我国基础教育的重要组成部分,而实施英语基础教育改革的重点之一是教材与课程的改革。由此,英语教材的有效使用成为英语教师进行教材研究的重要课题。然而,同一本英语教材在不同学校不同老师手中,都会有不一样的演绎。因此,本文在国内外前人研究的基础上,以认知心理学理论为依据,通过调查问卷和访谈等方式,对广西壮族自治区南宁市的十所初中学校英语教师教材使用现状进行调查研究。研究对象为南宁市十所中学的116名英语教师,分别对教材熟悉认识程度、对使用教材的认识和态度、对课标的认识和教材的关系、教材实际使用情况、教材使用时存在的问题和困难、在使用教材时的要求和期望六个方面的维度进行调查。通过访谈,对教师使用教材的具体现状进行更深入的分析和探讨。研究发现,1.大多数英语教师对外研版《新标准英语》教材都较为熟悉且态度积极,只有部分新手教师对教材不熟,部分教师对课程标准较熟悉,但是部分教师对课程标准不重视也不熟悉;2.多数教师能够适时地根据实际教学和学生学习情况对课本进行调整并且运用其他资源提高学生英语学习能力;3.许多教师反应教学中有很多难题,他们需要学习更多的有效使用课本的知识。本文最后对研究发现的问题对教师和教育主管部门提出了相应的建议:第一,教师应多了解课程标准,多学习其他学科的知识;第二,英语教师必须对英语课本有个全局的掌握,与此同时广泛了解别的英语教材。第三,教育主管部门应为教师设立有关课程标准的课程并且设立一个给教师资源共享的网站,建立资源共享文件夹。希望能给英语教师教材的使用领域提供一些有价值的参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of information and economic globalization in the world, the position of foreign language in education has become more and more important, and countries in the world have gradually realized the importance of foreign language basic education. English education is an important part of basic education in our country, and the reform of textbooks and curriculum is one of the key points in the reform of English basic education. The effective use of English teaching materials has become an important topic for English teachers to conduct textbook research. However, the same English textbook will have different interpretations in the hands of different teachers in different schools. Based on the previous studies at home and abroad, this paper is based on the theory of cognitive psychology, through questionnaires and interviews. The present situation of English teachers' teaching materials in ten junior middle schools in Nanning City of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous region was investigated. 116 English teachers from 10 middle schools in Nanning City were studied. The understanding and attitude to the use of the textbook, the relationship between the understanding of the curriculum standard and the textbook, the actual use of the textbook, the problems and difficulties existing in the use of the textbook. In the use of teaching materials in the requirements and expectations of the six dimensions of the investigation. Through interviews, teachers use the specific situation of teaching materials for more in-depth analysis and discussion. The study found. 1. Most English teachers are familiar with the new standard English textbook and have a positive attitude. Only some novice teachers are not familiar with the textbook, and some teachers are familiar with the curriculum standard. However, some teachers do not attach importance to the curriculum standards and are not familiar with them; 2. Most teachers can adjust the textbooks according to the actual teaching and students' learning situation and use other resources to improve the students' English learning ability; 3. Many teachers have many problems in response teaching, they need to learn more knowledge of effective use of textbooks. Finally, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions to teachers and education authorities for the problems found in the study: first. Teachers should know more about curriculum standards and learn more about other subjects. Second, English teachers must have a good grasp of English textbooks, and at the same time, they should have a broad understanding of other English textbooks. The education authorities should set up courses on curriculum standards for teachers and set up a website for teachers to share resources. It is hoped that this paper can provide some valuable references for the use of English teachers' teaching materials.
