【摘要】：《英诗译稿》是郭沫若最后一部翻译作品,也是他晚年心曲的自然流露。通过对《英诗译稿》翻译方法的分析,一方面可以看出郭沫若在翻译理论上自我更新的自觉意识,一方面可以清晰地看到郭沫若在特殊社会环境中的隐曲心态。《英诗译稿》的最大价值在于:它隐含了一个我们大众视野之外的不一样的郭沫若,凸显了一个在文革之中未被公众所认知的郭沫若,它承载了晚年郭沫若的审美理想,折射了这位一直处于风口浪尖的知识分子难以言说的痛楚。另外,《英诗译稿》翻译的研究,也可以折射出郭沫若翻译研究的现状和问题,这些问题对翻译文学的发展也具有启示性的意义。
