河北省首届旅游产业发展大会推介会口译实践报告

【摘要】：河北省首届旅游产业发展大会于2016年9月23日至25日在河北京西百渡休闲度假区举行。这是河北省旅游发展历史上规格最高、规模最大、最具里程碑意义的会议,来自国际和社会各界人士1800名共赴盛会开幕式。笔者有幸作为外宾的陪同翻译参与了此次会议,并以耳语同传的形式对推介会上的讲话为斯里兰卡外宾进行了现场口译。本口译实践报告基于2016年9月本人在首届河北旅游产业发展大会推介会上担任耳语同传的口译实践撰写的。实践报告分为五章,分别为:任务描述、过程描述、译前准备、案例分析与实践总结。第一章与第二章主要介绍了本次口译实践的来源、内容、流程。第三章为译前准备,描述了笔者在会前为这次口译实践做出的种种准备,包括查找大会背景信息、制作术语表、安排行程等等。第四章从目的论指导下翻译技巧的使用和存在的问题两方面分析了这次口译过程中的一些典型案例,并加以思考以提高翻译水平。第五章为实践总结,重点总结了本次口译实践的经验和心得。本报告旨在研究此次口译活动中出现的问题,并结合前人成果及自己实战经验,针对实践中遇到的问题探寻口译障碍的应对策略,不断提高自己的翻译水平,总结经验以供他人借鉴。
[Abstract]:The first tourism industry development conference of Hebei province was held from September 23rd 2016 to 25th in Beidu leisure resort, Jingxi, Hebei province. This is the highest specification and largest scale in the history of tourism development in Hebei province. The most landmark meeting was attended by 1800 people from international and social circles. The author had the honour to participate in the conference as an accompanying interpreter of foreign guests. In the form of whispering and simultaneous transmission, the speech was interpreted on the spot for the Sri Lankan foreign guests. This interpretation report is based on the fact that I served as an ear speaker at the first Hebei Tourism Industry Development Congress on September 2016. The report on the practice of interpreting with the same language is divided into five chapters. They are: task description, process description, pre-translation preparation, case analysis and practice summary. Chapter one and chapter two mainly introduce the source, content and flow of the interpretation practice. Chapter three is about pre-translation preparation. The author describes the preparation for this interpretation practice before the meeting, including looking up the background information of the Congress and making a glossary. Chapter 4th analyzes some typical cases in the interpretation process from the perspective of Skopos theory and the problems of translation skills. Chapter 5th summarizes the experience and experience of this interpretation practice. The purpose of this report is to study the problems in interpreting activities. Based on the previous achievements and actual experience, this paper explores the strategies to deal with the problems encountered in practice, improves his translation skills, and sums up his experience for others to use for reference.
