《休闲农业与乡村旅游发展工作手册》的英译补偿

【摘要】：当前,我国休闲农业和乡村旅游是一项火热、流行的新兴旅游产业。为顺应休闲农业和乡村旅游的发展形势,促进全国休闲农业和乡村旅游的健康发展,中国建筑工业出版社于2011年出版了《休闲农业与乡村旅游发展工作手册》(以下简称《手册》)。它总结了我国休闲农业和乡村旅游典型省市的发展模式和类型。为了向外国游客推广我国休闲农业与乡村旅游,进而拉动国内旅游业的发展,笔者选择了《手册》的第三、四、五、六章进行翻译实践。《手册》旨在传递我国休闲农业和乡村旅游发展情况的相关信息,其语言简洁明了,逻辑性强,侧重于内容,不拘泥于形式,不带任何感情色彩,属于政府工作报告类型文本。在翻译这类信息型文本时,应加强译文的可读性,注重接受者的理解和反映,即信息传递的效果,以达到传递信息的目的,保证信息传递的真实性。在对《手册》进行试译的过程中,笔者发现诸多信息损失,如文化损失、语法损失、语用损失和审美损失等,对翻译造成了极大的困难。其中,文化损失最为明显。于是,笔者主要针对文化损失问题,结合翻译补偿方法进行翻译实践。笔者遵循翻译补偿的六大原则,即:需求原则、相关原则、重点原则、就近原则、等功能原则和一致原则,对此运用了多种补偿方法:替代法、增译法、拆译法、融合法和引申法等进行翻译实践。
[Abstract]:At present, leisure agriculture and rural tourism in China is a hot and popular new tourism industry. In order to adapt to the development situation of leisure agriculture and rural tourism, promote the healthy development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism. In 2011, China Architectural Industry Press published the Handbook on the Development of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism (hereinafter referred to as the Manual). It summarizes the development patterns and types of typical provinces and cities of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in China, in order to promote leisure agriculture and rural tourism to foreign tourists. In order to promote the development of domestic tourism, the author chooses the third, fourth, fifth and sixth chapters of the Manual to carry out translation practice. The purpose of the Manual is to convey the relevant information on the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in China. Its language is concise, logical, focused on the content, not restricted to form, without any emotional color, belonging to the text of the government work report type. In translating this kind of informative text, we should strengthen the readability of the translation. Pay attention to the understanding and reflection of the receiver, that is, the effect of information transmission, in order to achieve the purpose of transmitting information, ensure the authenticity of information transmission. In the process of trial translation of Manual, the author found a lot of information loss. For example, cultural loss, grammatical loss, pragmatic loss and aesthetic loss cause great difficulties to translation. Among them, cultural loss is the most obvious. Therefore, the author focuses on the problem of cultural loss. The author follows the six principles of translation compensation, namely, the principle of demand, the principle of relevance, the principle of emphasis, the principle of proximity, and the principle of consistency. Several kinds of compensation methods are used: substitution method, additional translation method, split translation method, fusion method and extension method.
