《密苏里州税务部驾驶员手册》汉译实践报告

【摘要】：我国作为世界上的人口大国,交通运输问题一直以来都在民生建设问题中占据重要位置。随着我国人口车辆占有率的不断攀升,交通事故的发生率也在不断攀升。为更好的解决城市与乡村地区的交通问题,我们不仅要重视道路规划和交通事故的处理,也要重视交通法规的制定,防患于未然。因此,为推动依法治国建设,推动交通法律法规的建设与完善,应对其他国家交通法律法规的制定有所了解,以便更好地取长补短。同时对国外交通法律法规的翻译学习也可以更好的方便国人在外的生活,更好的保护国人。在此篇翻译报告中,笔者主要分析报告了关于对《密苏里州税务部驾驶员手册》的翻译学习过程。文中,笔者详细介绍了关于此次翻译工作的过程包括项目介绍,译前准备,翻译工具的使用,和翻译后的审定与修改,同时笔者也介绍了关于此次翻译的指导理论与原则,翻译方法的选择,翻译重难点及案例分析,以及此次翻译工作的总结。在此次的翻译工作中,笔者主要对手册的第一章,第七章,第八章,第九章和第十章进行了汉译。在过程中,笔者主要秉持功能对等的目标对文本进行翻译,并借鉴法律文本翻译的原则探索该文本的翻译方法。由于文本为交通法规类文本,笔者在翻译过程中就法律语言的特点,中英文表达方式的异同,采用了直译法,转化法,倒置法结合的翻译方法以求在功能上达到与源文本的对等。此次翻译项目的完成,对我国借鉴其他国家交通法律法规,完善立法,方便国人在国外的学习生活有着重要意义。同时,作为一次对交通法律法规文本的翻译实践活动,可以帮助探索此类文本的翻译原则与方法,也可作为其他译员或今后翻译工作的借鉴。
[Abstract]:As a large country of population in the world, the transportation problem has always occupied an important position in the construction of people's livelihood. In order to better solve the traffic problems in urban and rural areas, we should pay attention not only to road planning and traffic accident handling, but also to the formulation of traffic regulations. Therefore, in order to promote the construction of governing the country according to law, to promote the construction and improvement of traffic laws and regulations, we should understand the formulation of traffic laws and regulations in other countries. In order to better learn from each other. At the same time, the translation of foreign traffic laws and regulations can also be better for the convenience of people living outside, better protection of the people. In this translation report. The author mainly analyzes and reports the translation learning process of the driver's Manual of the Missouri Department of Taxation. In this paper, the author introduces in detail the process of the translation work, including the introduction of the project and the preparation of the translation. At the same time, the author also introduces the guiding theory and principles of this translation, the choice of translation methods, translation difficulties and case studies. The first chapter, 7th chapter, 8th chapter, 9th chapter and 10th chapter of the manual are translated into Chinese. The author mainly adopts the goal of functional equivalence to translate the text, and uses the principle of legal text translation to explore the translation method of the text, because the text is a traffic law text. In the process of translation, the author adopts the literal translation method and the transformation method in terms of the characteristics of the legal language and the similarities and differences of the Chinese and English expressions. In order to achieve the functional equivalence with the source text, this translation project will provide a reference to other countries' traffic laws and regulations, and perfect the legislation. It is of great significance to facilitate the study and life of Chinese people in foreign countries. At the same time, as a practical activity for the translation of traffic laws and regulations, it can help to explore the translation principles and methods of such texts. It can also be used as a reference for other interpreters or future translation work.
