【摘要】：POCIB外贸从业能力大赛作为评价教学质量的一种方式,得到社会以及学校的高度认可,为各院校搭建了互相学习,互相交流,互相提升的平台,同时推动了教学改革。通过大赛加强了校企的合作机会,能够及时了解本行业的发展趋势,了解企业的需求,从而促进课程体系建设,促进实践教学改革,促进教学方法和评价方法改革,促进课程考核模式改革以及师资队伍改革。通过技能大赛助推教改,提高人才培养质量。
[Abstract]:As a way to evaluate the quality of teaching, the POCIB Foreign Trade competence Competition has been highly recognized by the society and schools. It has set up a platform for each other to learn, exchange and promote each other. At the same time, it has promoted the teaching reform. Through the competition, it has strengthened the opportunities for cooperation between schools and enterprises, and has been able to understand the development trend of the industry and the needs of enterprises in a timely manner, thus promoting the construction of the curriculum system and the reform of practical teaching. To promote the reform of teaching methods and evaluation methods, to promote the reform of curriculum assessment model and the reform of teachers' ranks, and to improve the quality of talent training by promoting teaching reform through skill contest.
