英语教师职业倦怠现状及其成因机制

【摘要】：教师职业倦怠是职业倦怠问题在教育领域的具体体现。以河北省部分地市的七所本科院校英语教师为例,利用问卷调查,辅助访谈方法分析了"互联网+教育"时代下河北省高校英语教师职业倦怠的现状,并从大学英语教师面临的教学任务、科研压力、"互联网+教育"时代新要求和学生群体的特点四方面对其成因进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:Teachers' job burnout is the concrete embodiment of the problem of job burnout in the field of education. Taking the English teachers of seven undergraduate colleges and universities in some cities of Hebei Province as an example, a questionnaire survey is carried out. This paper analyzes the present situation of job burnout of college English teachers in Hebei Province in the era of "Internet education", and analyzes the teaching tasks faced by college English teachers. This paper probes into the causes of the scientific research pressure, the new requirements of the times of Internet education and the characteristics of the students.
