茶艺英语教学中的课程设置研究

【摘要】：随着茶文化热潮的兴起,茶艺行业不仅要求从业人员能够具备较高的专业水平,而且要求从业人员能够掌握丰富的英语知识。但是,我国茶艺专业与课程本身起步较晚,茶艺英语课程设置在发展过程中自然也不可避免地产生了一些问题。本文以优化茶艺英语课程设置、提升茶艺英语人才培养质量为出发点,在对茶艺英语课程设置中存在的问题做出论述的基础上,对茶艺英语教学中的课程设置思路进行了研究与探讨。
[Abstract]:With the rise of tea culture upsurge, the tea industry not only requires the practitioners to have a higher professional level, but also requires the practitioners to master rich knowledge of English. However, the tea specialty and the curriculum itself started relatively late in our country. Some problems inevitably arise in the course of the development of tea art English curriculum. This paper aims at optimizing the tea art English curriculum and improving the quality of tea art English talents training. On the basis of discussing the problems existing in the course of tea art English, this paper studies and probes into the thought of the course setting in the teaching of tea art English.
