英语翻译教学与文化素养——以中西方茶文化对比切入

【摘要】：英语教学翻译旨在培养具有高文化素养、德才兼备同时拥有宽阔国际视野的通用型翻译人才,然而目前阶段我国的英语翻译教学正处于一个瓶颈时期,大部分教师虽然能够运用地道的英语知识进行教学、交流,然而专业水平却令人汗颜,现阶段的教学结构正在弱化语言思维文化基础。本文将拟从中西方茶文化之间的对比切入,分析英语翻译教学与文化素养培养的目的和要求,展开对目前英语翻译教学与文化素养的探讨,以期提高翻译教学水平。
[Abstract]:The purpose of English teaching translation is to cultivate general-purpose translators with high cultural literacy, both moral ability and broad international perspective. However, at present, English translation teaching in China is in a bottleneck period. Although most teachers are able to use authentic English knowledge to teach and communicate, their professional level is shameful. The present teaching structure is weakening the cultural basis of language thinking. This paper intends to analyze the purpose and requirements of English translation teaching and cultural literacy training from the perspective of the comparison between Chinese and Western tea culture. In order to improve the level of English translation teaching, this paper probes into the present English translation teaching and cultural literacy.
