国际化背景下西部民族地区高校英语教师专业发展环境满意度研究——以广西为例

【摘要】:随着国际化进程的推进,我国高等教育改革势在必行,其中教师专业发展成为高等教育改革的重要内容。教师作为高等教育改革的主力军,其专业发展环境受到诸多因素的影响和制约。本文结合国际化背景,以西部民族地区高校英语教师为研究对象,在构建西部民族地区高校英语教师专业发展环境满意度评价指标体系的基础上,以广西为实证研究对象,选取广西区内六所高校中的英语教师进行问卷调查,具体分析影响教师专业发展环境满意度的因素,据此提出有针对性的对策建议,以期为促进广西等西部民族地区高等教育国际化和高校英语教师专业化的协同发展提供若干参考和借鉴。
[Abstract]:With the development of internationalization, the reform of higher education in our country is imperative, in which the professional development of teachers becomes an important part of the reform of higher education. Its professional development environment is influenced and restricted by many factors. On the basis of constructing the evaluation index system of professional development environment satisfaction of college English teachers in western minority areas, taking Guangxi as the empirical research object, the English teachers in six colleges and universities in Guangxi are selected to carry on the questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis of the factors influencing the satisfaction of teachers' professional development environment, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. In order to promote the internationalization of higher education in western minority areas such as Guangxi and the coordinated development of the specialization of English teachers in colleges and universities, this paper provides some references and references.
