两类高血压医学文本的翻译实践报告

【摘要】：作为科技文本的一种,医学文本具有逻辑严密、用词准确、结构紧凑和行文简练等特点。其鲜明的语言特征使医学文本的翻译也有了特殊性。考虑到医学文本的主要功能是交流及传播医学知识,而作者翻译《高血压的治疗方法——非药物自然降压》一书及医学论文《饮食降压:DASH饮食控制高血压的效果评估》的目的也是希望先进的医学知识能更好地在大众中传播。鉴于此,本翻译实践报告在功能主义目的论的指导下,选择了医学翻译中并不常用的意译、简化等方法,使译文在最大程度还原原文的基础上,更加通俗易懂、符合译入语读者的语言习惯。本实验报告分为五章,第一章对翻译任务的描述主要包括对原文本的介绍和对医学文本特点的概括;第二章简要介绍了功能主义目的论,并对其发展和在翻译中的应用作了简要分析;第三章是翻译过程的描述,整章被分为译前准备、译中和翻译过程中遇到的困难三个部分;第四章,本实践报告的核心章节,主要介绍了翻译中使用的翻译技巧意译、增译、简化、调整语序和词性转换,并结合相关案例进行了分析;第五章为结论,总结了本次翻译实践及论文写作中的收获、自身存在的不足和翻译过程中的发现。希望本实践报告能对其他译者翻译医学文本有所帮助。
[Abstract]:As a kind of scientific and technological text, medical text has strict logic and accurate words. The features of compact structure and concise writing make the translation of medical texts special. Considering that the main function of medical texts is to communicate and disseminate medical knowledge, The purpose of the author's translation of the book "the treatment of Hypertension-Non-drug Natural hypotension" and the medical paper "Diet hypotension: assessing the effect of dietetic diet control hypertension" is also to hope that advanced medical knowledge can be better used in the public. In view of this, Under the guidance of functionalist Skopos Theory, this translation practice report chooses some methods, such as free translation and simplification, which are not commonly used in medical translation, so that the translation can be made easier to understand on the basis of maximum reduction of the original text. In accordance with the language habits of the target readers, this report is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the translation tasks mainly including the introduction of the original text and the summary of the characteristics of the medical text, and the second chapter briefly introduces the functionalist Skopos theory. The third chapter is the description of the translation process, the whole chapter is divided into three parts: preparation before translation, difficulties encountered in translation and translation, chapter 4th, the core chapters of this practical report. This paper mainly introduces the translation techniques used in translation, such as free translation, incremental translation, simplification, readjusting word order and part of speech conversion, and analyzes them with relevant cases. Chapter 5th is the conclusion, which summarizes the achievements in translation practice and writing. It is hoped that this practical report will be helpful to other translators in translating medical texts.
