变译理论指导下环球网科技新闻的英汉翻译实践报告

【摘要】：科技消息的传播,科学技术交流的进步,大众科学知识的普及都有赖于科技新闻。因而它的翻译具有很高的实践价值。与此同时,许多学者已对科技新闻汉译中产生的问题进行了探讨,但很少有人结合变译理论提出解决方案。变译理论由黄忠廉教授提出,旨在采用变译手段来满足特殊读者的特定需求。本文选取科技新闻的汉译作为研究对象,分析了科技文本的特点,梳理了作者翻译时遇到的问题,即专业科技知识、信息选择、可读性缺乏及文化背景的差异,并分析如何通过变译理论的策略来解决这些难题。这些解决策略具体包括增、减、缩、编和改。笔者期望借此给未来科技新闻的翻译人员提供一些借鉴和帮助。
[Abstract]:The spread of scientific and technological information, the progress of scientific and technological exchanges and the popularization of popular scientific knowledge depend on scientific news. Therefore, its translation is of great practical value. Many scholars have explored the problems arising from the translation of science and technology news into Chinese, but few have put forward solutions in combination with the theory of variable translation, which was put forward by Professor Huang Zhonglian. The purpose of this paper is to adopt the method of variable translation to meet the specific needs of special readers. This paper selects the Chinese translation of science and technology news as the research object, analyzes the characteristics of the scientific and technological texts, and combs the problems encountered in the translation of the author, that is, the professional scientific and technological knowledge, the choice of information. The lack of readability and cultural background differences, and the analysis of how to solve these problems through the strategies of variable translation theory. The author hopes to offer some reference and help to the translators of science and technology news in the future.
