初中英语课堂学生沉默现象调查研究

【摘要】:语言交际是语言习得的一个重要方面。然而,课堂沉默现象严重影响了语言习得。很多老师认为,课堂沉默现象是由于中国人固有的性格秉性造成的,是不可改变的。因此多年来,初中英语课堂的沉默现象一直没有多大改观,已经严重影响了学生的学习效果和教师的教学质量。要改变这一现象,我们就必须对课堂沉默现象进行重新认识。本文以烟台三中部分学生为对象,通过课堂观察,问卷调查和访谈的调查方法对初中生英语课堂沉默现象和影响因素进行了调查。主要研究了以下两个问题:(1)初中英语课堂沉默的现状如何?不同的性别、年级、英语水平对沉默度有何影响?(2)对于不同性别、年级、英语水平的学生来说,影响课堂沉默的因素有哪些?通过调查研究得出以下结论:(1)课堂沉默现象在初中英语课堂中是普遍存在的。其沉默程度根据年级和成绩的不同而有所差别,性别的不同对沉默度没有影响。(2)引起不同年级、不同英语水平的学生沉默的原因是不同的,性别对此没有影响。只有找到了课堂沉默的影响因素,我们才能据此提出相应的解决措施。
[Abstract]:Language communication is an important aspect of language acquisition. However, the phenomenon of classroom silence seriously affects language acquisition. Many teachers believe that the phenomenon of classroom silence is caused by the inherent disposition of Chinese people. Therefore, for many years, the phenomenon of silence in the junior middle school English classroom has not changed much, which has seriously affected the learning effect of students and the teaching quality of teachers. To change this phenomenon, We must re-understand the phenomenon of classroom silence. This article takes some students of Yantai No. 3 Middle School as the object, through classroom observation, This paper investigates the phenomenon and influencing factors of junior high school students' English classroom silence by means of questionnaire and interview. It mainly studies the following two questions: 1) what is the present situation of middle school English classroom silence? What is the effect of gender, grade and English proficiency on silence? (2) for students of different gender, grade and English level, what are the factors that influence classroom silence? The following conclusions are drawn from the investigation: (1) the phenomenon of classroom silence is common in junior middle school English classrooms. The degree of silence varies according to grade and achievement, and gender difference has no effect on silence. The reasons for students' silence in different English levels are different, and gender has no effect on it. Only when we find the influencing factors of classroom silence, can we put forward corresponding solutions.
