电开SWIFT信用证英文本疑难问题的解读方法

【摘要】：由于在信用证的两种开立形式信开信用证和电开信用证中,电开信用证文本在国际贸易实践中占绝对优势,从业者对电开SWIFT信用证文本又存在诸多疑惑,因此,研究电开信用证文本就成了当务之急。笔者在本文将就电开SWIFT文本进行研究,找出SWIFT文本存在的共性疑难问题,并提出破解这些疑难问题的方法,从而对外贸从业人员提供借鉴。
