[Abstract]:At present, college English education in China has started from traditional teacher-centered to student-centered, from single grammar translation method to various communicative language teaching, from teacher training to teacher education. In order to further improve the theoretical teaching level of college English education, the teachers' innovative ability has been constantly improved in the changing times, such as teachers' development and self-strengthening.
