基于组织学习的大学英语教师专业发展路径探究

【摘要】:大学英语教师专业发展是提高外语教学质量和人才培养质量的重要保证。文章在梳理大学英语教师专业发展现状的基础上,从组织学习的角度探讨了大学英语教师专业发展的内涵、意义与路径。指出大学英语教师在个体主义教师文化中,"不愿"和"无须"专业发展制约了教师水平的提升。大学英语教师专业发展是在组织发展愿景下不断改善心智模式、实现自我超越的过程,其可能路径为实践中反思、共享技艺库和学习共同体。
[Abstract]:The professional development of college English teachers is an important guarantee to improve the quality of foreign language teaching and talent training. This paper discusses the connotation of college English teachers' professional development from the perspective of organizational learning. Meaning and path. It is pointed out that college English teachers'"unwilling" and "no" professional development restrict the improvement of teachers' level in individualistic teacher culture. The professional development of college English teachers is to improve their mental model under the vision of organizational development. The possible path of self-transcendence is reflection in practice, sharing skill base and learning community.
