【摘要】:本文是一篇模拟口译实践报告,口译选取的材料是《2016年政府工作报告》。政府工作报告是中华人民共和国政府的一种公文形式,由国家总理在每年召开的人民代表大会会议和政治协商会议(俗称“两会”)上向大会主席团、与会人大代表和政协委员发布这一报告。报告的内容包括一年内的工作回顾、当年工作任务、政府自身建设及其他方面。报告力求全面客观、突出重点、富有新意、文风朴实。随着中国的发展和实力的增强,越来越多的国家想要了解中国、认识中国。口译为中国与世界的交流搭起了语言的桥梁。作者通过模拟政府工作报告口译工作,旨在向世界传达中国的信息,同时也想通过此次实践活动找出会议口译的实用策略帮助自己及其他口译专业的学生提高翻译能力。本次的口译实践以释意理论为指导思想。释意理论产生于20世纪60年代末,由法国著名口译理论家达尼卡·塞莱斯科维奇创立。释意学派认为:口译是一种交际行为,其目的是传递意义。为了正确的传递意义,口译员必须用认知补充对源语进行释意。释意理论三角模型将口译过程分为三个阶段:理解、脱离源语语言外壳、重新表达,这对传统的口译理论来说是一个极大的突破。本文共有五个部分,第一部分为引言,介绍了本次翻译实践活动的背景以及意义;第二部分为译前准备,包括会议背景研究、李克强总理讲话特点、口译工具的准备;第三部分是对释意理论的研究,包括理论的建立、发展及其主要观点;第四部分是对模拟口译的译后分析,包括采用的口译技巧、口译中出现的问题,以及影响口译的因素;第五部分总结了本次翻译实践的主要收获以及不足和改进方法。
[Abstract]:This paper is a practice report on simulated interpretation. The material chosen by the interpreter is the 2016 Government work report. The government work report is a form of official document of the people's Republic of China. The report was issued by the Premier to the Presidium of the National people's Congress, the NPC deputies and members of the CPPCC at the annual people's Congress and political Consultative Conference (commonly known as the "two sessions"). The contents of the report include a review of the work carried out within one year. In those years work tasks, government self-construction and other aspects. The report sought to be comprehensive and objective, focused, innovative, and plain. As China's development and strength increased, more and more countries wanted to understand China. Understanding of China. Interpretation builds a language bridge between China and the world. The author attempts to convey China's message to the world by simulating the interpretation of government work reports. At the same time, I also want to find out the practical strategies of conference interpretation through this practical activity to help myself and other students majoring in interpreting to improve their translation ability. This interpretation practice is guided by the interpretation theory, which came into being in the late 1960s. Founded by French famous interpretation theorist Danica Seles Kovich, the interpretive school holds that interpretation is a communicative act, the purpose of which is to convey meaning. Interpreters must use cognitive supplement to interpret the source language. The interpretation theory triangulation model divides the interpretation process into three stages: understanding, leaving the source language shell, and reexpressing. This is a great breakthrough for the traditional interpretation theory. The first part is the introduction, which introduces the background and significance of the translation practice. The second part is about the pre-translation preparation, including the background study of the conference. The characteristics of Premier Li Keqiang's speech and the preparation of interpretation tools; the third part is the research on the theory of interpretation, including the establishment, development and main viewpoints of the theory; the fourth part is the post-translation analysis of simulated interpretation, including the interpretation techniques used. The fifth part summarizes the main achievements, shortcomings and improvement methods of this translation practice.
