高校茶艺英语教学中的茶文化教学与跨文化意识的培养

【摘要】：随着世界文化交流的不断增进,茶文化交流与茶叶进出口贸易频率增加,茶叶产业对从业者跨文化交流能力要求日益提升,高校茶艺专业英语教学开始受到广泛关注。但是,长期以来茶艺专业作为我国传统文化延伸,高校教学重点关注传统文化理论与学生茶艺技术培养,学生英语学习主要集中于高校公共课程,教学内容过于基础缺乏专业针对性,无法起到跨文化意识培养的作用。鉴于此,本文首先介绍了高校茶艺专业英语教学的开展现状与跨文化意识概念,梳理相关研究背景;其次针对茶文化英语教学的跨文化意识培养目标与方法进行具体分析,列举可能对茶艺专业学生跨文化意识培养有所帮助的途径,以期对新时代我国茶艺专业英语教学的开展有所借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:With the continuous improvement of cultural exchange in the world, the frequency of tea cultural exchange and tea import and export trade is increasing, and the demand of tea industry for cross-cultural communication ability is increasing day by day, so English teaching for tea majors in colleges and universities has been paid more and more attention.However, as an extension of Chinese traditional culture for a long time, college teaching focuses on the theory of traditional culture and the cultivation of students' tea art technology. Students' English learning is mainly focused on the public courses in colleges and universities.The teaching content is too basic and lacks the specialty pertinence, cannot play the cross-cultural consciousness cultivation function.In view of this, this paper first introduces the present situation and the concept of cross-cultural awareness of English teaching for tea majors in colleges and universities, and combs the relevant research background; secondly, analyzes the objectives and methods of cultivating cross-cultural awareness in tea culture English teaching.This paper enumerates the ways which may be helpful to the cultivation of cross-cultural consciousness of tea students in order to provide some references for the development of English teaching for tea majors in China in the new era.
