以《大观茶论》为例探究古代茶典籍的英译方法

【摘要】:《大观茶论》这部由宋徽宗赵佶所撰写的茶典籍,反映了宋朝时期人们讲究茶道、乐于享受茶文化的精神面貌。本文首先以《大观茶论》为例对翻译学视角下我国古代茶典籍的主要特点进行阐述,并对古代茶典籍翻译的必然原则展开分析,然后在此基础上对古代茶典籍的英译方法提出几点建议,希望能够有助于当前茶典籍翻译体系的完善。翻译学视角下我国古代茶典籍的主要特点在于语言语法结构的不完整性;语言表达的粗线条性;审美意象的特殊性。古代茶典籍翻译的几个必然原则是要把握住古代茶典籍的核心内涵;把握住古代茶典籍的知识脉络;把握住跨文化交际的节奏。古代茶典籍的英译方法建议可以尝试标准作业化翻译策略、互文性翻译策略。
[Abstract]:The tea book written by Zhao Ji of Huizong in Song Dynasty reflects that people in Song Dynasty paid attention to tea ceremony and enjoyed the spiritual outlook of tea culture.In this paper, the main characteristics of ancient tea books in China from the perspective of translatology are discussed, and the necessary principles of translation of ancient tea books are analyzed.On this basis, some suggestions are put forward for the translation of ancient tea books in the hope that it can help to perfect the current translation system of tea classics.From the perspective of translatology, the main features of Chinese ancient tea books lie in the incompleteness of the grammatical structure of language, the crude lines of language expression and the particularity of aesthetic image.Several inevitable principles of the translation of ancient tea classics are to grasp the core connotation of ancient tea books, grasp the knowledge of ancient tea books, and grasp the rhythm of cross-cultural communication.The methods of translating ancient tea books into English suggest that standard operational translation strategies and intertextuality translation strategies can be tried.
