中考英语阅读测试对初中英语教学的反拨效应研究

【摘要】:随着国外语言测试反拨效应研究的发展,我国对反拨效应的研究也与日俱增。但主要是针对大规模英语测试,对中考英语测试反拨效应的研究较少,尤其是对中考阅读测试反拨效应的研究更少。而在中考英语测试中,英语阅读所占分值较大,其反拨作用不容小觑。所以本文旨在研究中考英语阅读测试对初中英语教学的反拨效应研究。本研究应用反拨效应理论,研究对象是常德市240名初三学生和30位初三英语教师,通过采用问卷调查、试卷分析、教案分析、课堂观察等研究工具,试图解决以下问题:中考英语阅读理解测试对教师的教学目的、教学态度、教学方法和教学资源选择等方面产生的影响是积极的还是消极的?中考英语阅读理解测试对学生的学习目的、学习态度、学习方法和学习资源选择等方面产生的影响是积极的还是消极的?教师和学生对当前中考阅读测试有哪些评价和建议?研究结果表明,中考阅读测试不仅从整体上影响了教师的教学和学生的学习,也对教师和学生的目的、态度、方法和资源选择等方面产生了影响。大部分教师认为在教学态度、教学方法和教学资源选择这三方面产生的反拨作用是积极的,而在教学目的这一方面产生的反拨作用是消极的。大部分学生认为对学习态度和学习方法产生了积极的反拨作用,而在对学习目的和学习资源选择这两方面的调查中发现,消极反拨作用大于积极反拨作用。在对教师和学生对当前中考英语阅读测试的评价和建议中发现,教师和学生对阅读选择的满意度高于摘录要点的满意度。根据研究结果,本论文还讨论了如何正确利用反拨效应进行初中英语教学,提高英语阅读能力和学生英语综合能力。
[Abstract]:With the development of foreign language test backwash research, the research on backwash effect is increasing in China.However, mainly for large-scale English tests, there is less research on the backwash effect of the middle school English test, especially on the reading test backwash effect.In the middle school English test, the score of English reading is larger, and its backwash effect should not be underestimated.The purpose of this paper is to study the backwash effect of English reading test on junior middle school English teaching.This study applies the theory of backwash effect to 240 junior high school students and 30 junior high school English teachers in Changde city. By means of questionnaire survey, test paper analysis, teaching plan analysis and classroom observation, etc.This paper tries to solve the following problems: is the impact of the English reading comprehension test on teachers' teaching purpose, attitude, teaching method and choice of teaching resources positive or negative?Is the English reading comprehension test positive or negative in terms of students' learning purpose, attitude, learning methods and selection of learning resources?What comments and suggestions do teachers and students have on the current reading test?The results show that the reading test not only affects teachers' teaching and students' learning, but also affects teachers' and students' goals, attitudes, methods and resource choices.Most teachers think that the backwash effect in teaching attitude, teaching method and teaching resource selection is positive, but the backwash effect in teaching purpose is negative.Most of the students think that there is a positive backwash effect on learning attitude and learning methods, but in the investigation of learning purpose and learning resource selection, it is found that the negative backwash effect is greater than the positive backwash effect.It is found that teachers and students' satisfaction with reading choice is higher than that of excerpt points in the evaluation and suggestions of teachers and students on the current English reading test.Based on the results of the study, this paper also discusses how to use the backwash effect correctly in junior middle school English teaching to improve English reading ability and students' English comprehensive ability.
