浅析茶文化对外传播中大学英语语言实践能力的培养模式

【摘要】：作为文化输出的高层次人才梯队之组成部分,大学层次的茶文化传播是我国对外传播茶文化的中流砥柱。这种文化对外传播的特点决定了我们的大学英语语言实践的培养应当着眼于一种国际化、战略化、系统化的视角进行创新。我国茶文化对外传播的基本结构有三:一是茶文化传播的核心价值:重德明和;二是茶文化传播的行为实践:尊礼明义;三是茶文化传播的外显符号:茶的器物。茶文化对外传播中大学生英语语言实践能力培养的基本原则包括以茶养智:兼顾茶文化知识的广博与英语语言的深入原则;以茶明志:基于市场细分的翻译人才培养原则;以茶践履:英语语言人才培养的应用原则。茶文化传播中大学生英语语言实践能力培养的基本模式有通识教育与博雅教育模式、商务交际与营销促进模式、订单式培养模式。
