通过有效教学反思模式促进专业发展现状的调查分析

【摘要】：通过对5所高校的160名大学英语教师进行问卷调查及数据分析,本文发现,虽然部分大学英语教师通过有效教学反思模式促进专业的提升,并取得很好的成绩,但整体效果不乐观,特别是在"教师工作坊"方面。同时大学英语教师选择教学反思模式促进专业发展的动力及理由大多与职称评定关联,这造成职称评定前后的阶段性差异。主要原因在于动力来自外部,而非自发的、持久的。另一方面,学历较低、教龄较短的大学英语教师在选择有效教学反思模式促进专业发展的各个维度得分都相对较低。优秀大学英语教师和普通大学英语教师相比,在选择有效教学反思模式促进专业发展的各个维度得分都较高,说明有效的教学反思模式对教学质量和自身的专业技能有帮助。
[Abstract]:Based on the questionnaire survey and data analysis of 160 college English teachers in 5 colleges and universities, this paper finds that although some college English teachers promote professional promotion through effective teaching reflection mode, they have achieved good results.But the overall effect is not optimistic, especially in the "teacher workshop".At the same time, the motivation and reasons for college English teachers to choose the teaching reflection mode to promote professional development are mostly related to the professional title evaluation, which results in the stage difference before and after the professional title evaluation.The main reason is that the power comes from the outside, not the spontaneous, lasting.On the other hand, college English teachers with lower academic qualifications and shorter teaching years have lower scores in each dimension of choosing effective teaching reflection mode to promote professional development.Compared with ordinary college English teachers, excellent college English teachers have higher scores in choosing effective teaching reflection mode to promote professional development, which indicates that effective teaching reflection mode is helpful to teaching quality and professional skills.
