地方本科院校商务英语“双师型”教师创新创业教育教学能力培养研究——以百色学院为例

【摘要】：百年大计,教育为本,教育大计,教师为本。在新建地方本科院校转型发展的形势下,应用技术型人才的培养模式对教师队伍建设提出了更高要求,而要进一步提高外语学院应用技术型商务英语人才培养质量、科学研究水平和社会服务能力,关键在于商务英语"双师型"教师创新创业教育教学能力的培养。本文就教师创新创业教育教学能力培养的必要性与可行性、具体措施和保障措施进行分析研究,以期通过培养商务英语"双师型"教师创新创业教育教学能力来推动该专业的发展。
[Abstract]:A hundred-year plan, education-based, educational-based, teacher-oriented.Under the situation of the transformation and development of the newly-built local undergraduate colleges, the training mode of applied technical talents has put forward higher requirements for the construction of teachers, and the quality of the cultivation of applied technical business English talents in foreign language colleges should be further improved.The key to the level of scientific research and the ability of social service lies in the cultivation of the teaching ability of innovative entrepreneurship education for the "double qualified" teachers of business English.This paper analyzes and studies the necessity and feasibility, concrete measures and guarantee measures of teachers' innovative and entrepreneurial education and teaching ability cultivation.The aim is to promote the development of Business English by cultivating the teaching ability of innovative entrepreneurship education.
