小学英语多元评价设计与实践研究

【摘要】:新的课程标准提倡小学英语课堂评价应有发展性的评价观。根据课程标准,教师应建立多元而有层次的激励性评价制度,通过从学生对英语学习不同发展要求的实际出发,实施有层次性的评价制度,激发每一位学生的学习积极性,实现学生素质教育全面发展。本论文试图通过基于课程标准的小学英语课堂教学多元评价设计与实践研究,探索更有效的小学英语课堂评价方式。本文以《上海市中小学英语课程标准》(征求意见稿)(以下简称《课程标准》)中对于评价的新目标要求为研究背景,对《课程标准》中评价部分进行解读与分析。第一章从推动教师专业发展,促进学生全面发展,有效实施评价校本化等方面阐述了小学英语课堂多元评价的意义。第二章分别界定了教学评价和多元评价的概念。然后简述了人本主义理论、建构主义理论和多元智能理论对多元评价的影响以及分析了国内外关于多元评价的研究现状。第三章在理论研究的基础上,分析了多元评价在教师教学过程和学生学习过程中发挥的诊断、改进和激励功能。并归纳出设计多元评价要遵循的设计原则,即评价的科学性和整体性、操作性和适切性、多样性和创造性以及有效性和激励性等原则。第四章通过问卷调查、访谈、观察、课堂实践等方式,以笔者所在小学的学生为研究对象,从拓展评价主体、综合评价维度、丰富评价方式等方面进行课堂多元评价的设计与实践。在多元评价的实践前后进行同组学生的问卷调查,将问卷调查的结果进行分析,总结出多元评价设计和实施的有效方法,从而达到促进学生全面发展,提升学生学习兴趣、激励学生学习自信的目的。最后一章是全文的总结,提出论文的成效、局限性和展望,指出多元评价在促进学生全面发展、增强学习兴趣、增强自信心方面的重要意义。本课题通过小学英语课堂多元评价的设计与实践,找到有效可行的多元评价方法,这对教师教学实践、学生的全面发展都有着积极的意义。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum standard advocates that primary school English classroom evaluation should have a developmental evaluation view.According to the curriculum standards, teachers should establish a pluralistic and hierarchical incentive evaluation system. According to the different development requirements of students' English learning, the teachers should implement a hierarchical evaluation system to stimulate the learning enthusiasm of each student.To achieve all-round development of quality education for students.This thesis attempts to explore a more effective method of primary school English classroom evaluation through the design and practice of multivariate evaluation of primary school English classroom teaching based on curriculum standards.Based on the new objective requirements of evaluation in Shanghai Primary and Middle School English Curriculum Standard (the following is referred to as "Curriculum Standards"), this paper interprets and analyzes the evaluation part of "Curriculum Standards".The first chapter expounds the significance of multivariate evaluation in primary English classroom from the aspects of promoting teachers' professional development, promoting students' all-round development and effectively implementing school-based evaluation.The second chapter defines the concepts of teaching evaluation and multi-evaluation respectively.Then, the influence of humanism theory, constructivism theory and multiple intelligences theory on multiple evaluation is briefly introduced, and the current research situation of multiple evaluation at home and abroad is analyzed.On the basis of theoretical research, the third chapter analyzes the diagnosis, improvement and incentive function of multivariate evaluation in teachers' teaching process and students' learning process.The design principles to be followed by multiple evaluation of design are summarized, such as the scientific and integrity of evaluation, operability and relevance, diversity and creativity, effectiveness and encouragement, and so on.The fourth chapter through the questionnaire, interview, observation, classroom practice and other ways, the author of the primary school students as the research object, from the expansion of the main evaluation, comprehensive evaluation dimension,Rich evaluation methods and other aspects of the design and practice of classroom multiple evaluation.Before and after the practice of multiple evaluation, a questionnaire survey of the same group of students was carried out, and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed, and the effective methods of designing and implementing the multiple evaluation were summarized, so as to promote the students' overall development and enhance their interest in learning.The purpose of encouraging students to learn self-confidence.The last chapter is a summary of the full text, which points out the effectiveness, limitations and prospects of the paper, and points out the importance of multiple evaluation in promoting students' overall development, enhancing their interest in learning and enhancing their self-confidence.Through the design and practice of multi-evaluation in primary school English classroom, this paper finds out effective and feasible methods of multi-evaluation, which is of positive significance to the teaching practice of teachers and the all-round development of students.
