【摘要】:民以食为天。食品问题一直是一个世界性问题,包括从一开始的粮食短缺问题到如今由食品引发的健康问题。人们对食品的发展越来越关注,并不断尝试着用科学技术来改变食品,让食品变得更加健康美味。在2016年出版的《非天然美食:科技如何助阵超级食品以拯救世界》一书中,作者杰森·拉斯克讲述了科学家、实业家和进步的农民们是如何利用科学技术来改变食品的生产模式和农业的耕作模式的,并通过一系列的故事,展现了未来食品发展的美好前景。本翻译报告是基于约15000字英语文本的翻译实践而形成的,翻译文本节选自美国食品农业经济学者杰森·拉斯克的《非天然美食:科技如何助阵超级食品以拯救世界》。翻译报告主要由四个章节组成。第一章主要介绍了翻译项目的背景、目的和意义以及理论依据;第二章介绍了原文本的作者、翻译内容以及语言特色;第三章是本翻译报告的最重要部分,介绍了本次翻译实践的主要过程,包括译者的译前准备、翻译中遇到的难点、翻译中运用的翻译技巧以及译后的修订工作。本章通过案例分析总结了翻译过程中遇到的问题以及运用的翻译技巧。在奈达的功能对等理论的基础上,译者在翻译实践中运用了一些具体的翻译技巧,如转化法、增译法和分译法;第四章总结了翻译过程中获得的经验教训以及翻译实践中仍存在的问题。通过本次翻译实践,译者对科技在食品和农业中的应用有了更多的了解,同时也积累了一些翻译经验。此外,译者希望本译文可以帮助中国读者更多地了解非天然美食以及科技在食品中的运用,并为食品与科技的相关研究提供参考。
[Abstract]:The people take food as the sky. The food problem has been a worldwide problem, ranging from food shortages to today's food-induced health problems. People pay more and more attention to the development of food, and try to use science and technology to change food and make it more healthy and delicious. In his 2016 book unnatural food: how technology can help superfoods to save the world, author Jason Rask tells about scientists. How industrialists and progressive farmers use science and technology to change food production patterns and agricultural farming patterns, and through a series of stories to show the future of food development bright prospects. This translation report is based on the translation practice of about 15000 words of English texts. Excerpts from American Food and Agriculture economist Jason Rask, "unnatural Food: how Technology helps Super Food to Save the World". The translation report consists of four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, meaning and theoretical basis of the translation project; the second chapter introduces the author of the original text, the content of the translation and the language characteristics; the third chapter is the most important part of the translation report. This paper introduces the main process of this translation practice, including the translator's pre-translation preparation, the difficulties encountered in translation, the translation techniques used in translation and the post-translation revision. This chapter summarizes the translation problems and translation skills by case study. On the basis of Nida's functional equivalence theory, translators use some specific translation techniques in translation practice, such as conversion, incremental translation and sub-translation. Chapter four summarizes the experience and lessons gained in the process of translation and the problems still existing in translation practice. Through this translation practice, translators have gained a better understanding of the application of science and technology in food and agriculture, and accumulated some translation experience. In addition, the translator hopes that this translation will help Chinese readers to learn more about non-natural food and the use of technology in food, and provide a reference for the research on food and technology.
