【摘要】：本文是一篇翻译实践报告,翻译原文本为Exercise Psychology(《锻炼心理学》)(第2版)第六章,由Janet Buckworth、Rod K.Dishman、Patrick J.O'Connor和Phillip D.Tomporowski共同编著。章节主要内容为焦虑的流行和社会影响、焦虑的定义、类型以及治疗方法等,属于信息型文本。原文作者利用通俗易懂、简明扼要的语言对锻炼心理学中较为艰深的医学和心理学知识及研究实例进行了说明,为初学者提供了实用的入门指导。本报告共包括五部分。第一、翻译任务描述,对翻译任务来源,要求与文本内容进行简要的介绍。第二、过程描述,包括本次翻译过程的四个阶段:译前准备阶段、翻译阶段、审校讨论和最后修改阶段。第三、译前准备,笔者对原文本进行了阅读和分析,总结了原文的语言和内容特点,并确定了要使用的翻译辅助工具,巩固了翻译的理论基础。第四章案例分析是本篇实践报告的核心部分,笔者结合具体案例从词汇层面、句子层面和语篇层面对翻译过程中使用的翻译技巧进行了分析总结,如顺译、逆译、分译、音译和语态转换等。第五章为翻译实践总结,总结了此次翻译中所获得的经验,应当汲取的教训,以及仍待解决的问题。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation report. The original translation is chapter 6 of Exercise Psychology (2nd Edition), co-authored by Janet Buckworth Rod K. Dishmani Patrick J.O'Connor and Phillip D.Tomporowski. The main content of the chapter is the prevalence and social impact of anxiety, the definition, type and treatment of anxiety, which belongs to informational text. The author uses simple and concise language to explain the difficult medical and psychological knowledge and research examples in exercise psychology, which provides a practical guide for beginners. The report consists of five parts. First, the translation task description, the translation task source, the request and the text content carries on the brief introduction. Second, process description, including four stages of the translation process: pre-translation preparation, translation, reviser discussion and final revision. Thirdly, in preparation for translation, the author has read and analyzed the original text, summed up the features of the language and content of the original text, determined the translation aids to be used, and consolidated the theoretical basis of translation. Chapter IV case study is the core part of this practice report. The author analyzes and summarizes the translation techniques used in translation from the lexical, sentence and textual levels, such as sequence translation, reverse translation and split translation. Transliteration and voice conversion, etc. Chapter five is a summary of translation practice, which summarizes the experience gained, lessons to be learned and problems to be solved.
