警惕科技翻译中的陷阱——以石油机械汉译英为例

【摘要】：科技翻译中存在各种各样的"假朋友"——翻译陷阱,可简单地分为完全"假朋友"和部分"假朋友"。假朋友极易使译者受骗上当,产生不准确、不专业甚至错误的译文,并有可能给工程技术实践带来危害。本文提出了四种应对石油采钻翻译陷阱的策略。
[Abstract]:There are a variety of " fake friends " _ translation traps in science and technology translation , which can be divided into " false friends " and " false friends " simply . The false friends are easy to deceive the translators , produce inaccurate , non - professional and even wrong translations , and have the potential to bring harm to engineering practice . This paper puts forward four strategies to deal with the translation trap of oil production .
