第二届互联网大会之小组讨论模拟汉英同传实践报告

【摘要】：近年来,互联网不断发展,第二届世界互联网大会旨在搭建中国与世界互联互通的国际平台和国际互联网共享共治的中国平台,让各国在争议中求共识、在共识中谋合作、在合作中创共赢。因此,作者鉴于本人对互联网领域的兴趣,选择对于第二次世界互联网大会的小组论坛进行了模拟同传汉译英实践,并且在汉英同传模拟训练的基础上,对于同传过程中出现的问题和相应的措施进行了系统的分析和总结,同时也提出了自己的一些看法。该类问题包括:错译、漏译、过度翻译和表达不当等等,但是译员可以通过一定的补救措施,保证会议翻译工作的成功展开,达到准确传递与会发言人的信息的目的。本论文阐述了本次任务的背景知识、任务要求以及任务分析,任务分析部分包括对本次大会以及发言人进行一个大致介绍;同时,论文探讨了翻译的整个过程,主要介绍了翻译准备以及正式翻译两部分,翻译准备包括平行文本阅读以及相关术语积累,正式翻译部分则是同声传译实际进行的部分;论文对质量控制和评估展开了详细讨论,主要从自我和观众两方面来对实际的模拟同传环节进行综合评估;最后对为同传过程中所遇到的问题以及相对应的解决方法进行分析,该章为核心章节,该章会摘取口译过程中较为典型的案例,结合遇到的相应问题进行具体分析,然后对于出现的错误和不足提出分析和总结,并且提出相应的解决办法。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the Internet in recent years, the second World Internet Congress aims to build an international platform for China's interconnection with the world and a Chinese platform for international Internet sharing and governance, so that countries can seek consensus and cooperation in disputes. Create a win-win situation in cooperation. Therefore, in view of my interest in the field of Internet, the author chooses to carry out the practice of simulating simultaneous interpretation from Chinese to English in the group forum of the second World Internet Congress, and on the basis of the simulation training in Chinese-English simultaneous interpretation. The problems and corresponding measures in simultaneous interpretation are systematically analyzed and summarized, and some opinions are put forward. Such problems include mistranslation, omission, over-translation and improper expression, etc. However, interpreters can ensure the successful implementation of conference translation through certain remedial measures, and achieve the purpose of accurately transmitting the information of the conference speakers. This paper describes the background, requirements and analysis of the task. The task analysis part includes a general introduction to the conference and the spokesman. At the same time, the paper discusses the whole process of translation. It mainly introduces translation preparation and official translation. Translation preparation includes parallel text reading and the accumulation of related terms, while formal translation is the actual part of simultaneous interpretation. The thesis discusses the quality control and evaluation in detail, mainly evaluates the actual simultaneous interpretation from the aspects of self and audience, and finally analyzes the problems encountered in the process of simultaneous interpretation and the corresponding solutions. This chapter is the core chapter, which will extract some typical cases in the process of interpreting, analyze the corresponding problems, and then put forward the analysis and summary of the errors and shortcomings, and put forward the corresponding solutions.
