【摘要】：马克西姆·施拉耶尔(Maxim D.Shrayer,1967-)是著名俄裔美国作家,作为20世纪移民作家新生代的代表人物,其作品具有很高的艺术性,其主题具有重要的探讨价值。马克西姆·施拉耶尔20岁时从俄国移居美国后用双语进行文学创作。《致命邂逅》(Last August in Biarritz,2008)以俄国犹太人移民美国为背景,揭露了移民群体背井离乡、毫无寄托的精神生活,表现出了移民群体割不断的乡愁和对故土深深的怀恋之情。作者选用著名俄裔美国作家马克西姆·施拉耶尔的短篇小说《致命邂逅》(Last August in Biarritz,2008)为翻译原文本。在翻译实践的基础上,作者对翻译过程中遇到的重难点,例如长难句和复杂句的理解和翻译,语篇的连贯性翻译等进行分析与解读,撰写出翻译报告。本篇报告共分为四章,第一章为引言,主要介绍项目的背景、目标和意义。第二章为原文背景与分析,主要为作者简介和文本分析。第三章是翻译过程,以奈达的功能对等理论为支撑,运用直译与意译,增译与省译,拆分与合并等方法解决翻译过程中遇到的重难点问题。第四章是总结,包括翻译启示和待解决的问题,作者认为充足的译前准备,正确的理解、表达和审校以及灵活的翻译技巧是翻译活动中不可缺少的。同时,提高人文素养是译者追求的永恒主题。
[Abstract]:Maxim D. Shrayern (1967-7) is a famous Russian-American writer. As a representative figure of the new generation of immigrant writers in the 20th century, his works are highly artistic, and their themes are of great value for discussion. When Maxim Schrayer moved to the United States from Russia at the age of 20, he wrote literature in a bilingual way. ("Last August in Biarritz" 2008), in the context of the emigration of Russian Jews to the United States, revealed the emigration of immigrant groups from their homes and spiritual life without sustenance. The immigrant group showed constant nostalgia and deep nostalgia for their homeland. The author chooses Last August in Biarritz 2008, a short story by the famous Russian American writer Maxim Schrayer, as the original translation text. On the basis of translation practice, the author analyzes and interprets the important difficulties encountered in the process of translation, such as the understanding and translation of long and complex sentences, the coherent translation of texts, and so on, and writes a translation report. This report is divided into four chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, objectives and significance of the project. The second chapter is the background and analysis of the original text, mainly for the introduction of the author and text analysis. The third chapter is the translation process, which is supported by Nida's functional equivalence theory and uses literal and free translation, incremental and provincial translation, splitting and merging to solve the important and difficult problems encountered in the process of translation. The fourth chapter is a summary, including translation implications and problems to be solved. The author believes that adequate pre-translation preparation, correct understanding, expression and revision, and flexible translation techniques are indispensable in translation activities. At the same time, improving humanistic literacy is the eternal theme pursued by translators.
