翻译目的论视域下《伤寒论》英译的比较研究

【摘要】：近年来,中医古籍的英译研究已经成为国内外学者关注的一个热点问题。众所周知,中医古籍的翻译对于中医的传播和世界医学文化交流起着至关重要的作用。然而,目前作为研究材料的中医古籍的选择范围很有限。学者们选择的研究目标主要集中在《黄帝内经》,但是关于《伤寒论》英译的研究仍处于初步阶段。本论文以《伤寒论》及其英译本为研究目标,综合运用文献研究法、跨学科研究法、描述性研究法和比较分析法等多种研究方法进行研究。首先,对研究背景、研究意义和研究方法进行了介绍。其次,回顾了翻译目的论的发展和主要概念以及《伤寒论》的英译本情况。在主体部分,以翻译目的论为指导从翻译目的、文本类型和中医术语翻译三个方面进行了对比研究,以期探索中医术语的最佳翻译策略。在结论部分,本论文分析了翻译目的论对《伤寒论》英译的指导作用和其局限性,总结了本论文的不足之处,提出了有前景的研究话题。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the translation of ancient Chinese medicine books into English has become a hot issue for scholars at home and abroad. As we all know, the translation of ancient books plays an important role in the communication of TCM and the communication of medical culture in the world. However, the selection of ancient Chinese medicine books as research materials is very limited. The research target chosen by scholars is mainly Huangdi Neijing, but the study on English translation of the Treatise of febrile Diseases is still in its preliminary stage. This thesis aims at the study of Treatise of febrile Disease and its English translation, and makes a comprehensive use of literature research, interdisciplinary research, descriptive research and comparative analysis, etc. First of all, the research background, research significance and research methods are introduced. Secondly, it reviews the development and main concepts of Skopos theory and the English translation of febrile fever. In the main part, under the guidance of Skopos theory, this paper makes a comparative study on translation purposes, text types and translation of TCM terms in order to explore the best translation strategies of TCM terms. In the conclusion part, this thesis analyzes the guiding role and limitation of Skopos theory in the translation of febrile fever into English, summarizes the shortcomings of this thesis, and puts forward some promising research topics.
