周作人译作《侠女奴》的性别分析

【摘要】：周作人的第一篇翻译小说《侠女奴》使用女性笔名发表于晚清著名女报《女子世界》上,该作品被认为体现了女性主义的翻译策略。通过考察底本和细致探究可知,周作人并未基于女性主义进行全盘改动。作为周作人有意而为的误译"女奴曼绮那拒婚",不仅是对《女子世界》的俯就,更有民族国家之大义存焉。晚清翻译小说以意译为风尚,将其纳入性别视野中考察并做出恰如其分的解读,当是一种有益的探索。
[Abstract]:Zhou Zuoren's first translation novel, "the Warrior Slave", published in the famous women's newspaper "Women's World" in the late Qing Dynasty under the female pseudonym, is considered to embody the feminist translation strategy. By examining the original and exploring carefully, Zhou Zuoren has not made any overall changes on the basis of feminism. As Zhou Zuoren's deliberate misinterpretation of Manjina's refusal to marry, it is not only the subduation of the World of Women, but also the meaning of the nation-state. In the late Qing Dynasty, it is a useful exploration to study and make a proper interpretation of the translated novels with the style of free translation.
