【摘要】:本文是一篇翻译实践报告。翻译原文节选自成中英教授编写的《C理论:中国管理哲学》(第四版)(第4章第1-3节)。该书详尽阐述了成中英教授所提出的C理论,倡导动态和谐辩证管理,为创新中国管理哲学的奠基之作。该书不仅是一部管理学著作,也是一部哲学著作,该书的翻译有助于向外国读者介绍中国管理哲学。《C理论:中国管理哲学》的创作基于成中英教授对易经哲学之应用的思考与观察,该书的文本特点在于:该书中有大量的中国特色文化词汇和哲学术语;此外,该书中多散句和独立的分句且句子间没有明显的标记以显示其内在逻辑关系。为了让目的语读者更好地理解源语文本的内涵意义与逻辑关系,译者基于翻译补偿理论,采用了文本外加注、增译和释义的方法以补偿翻译过程中可能出现的文化缺省,减少翻译过程中的损失。基于信息结构理论和源语文本句子间的内在逻辑关系,译者将源语文本中独立的分句转换成了目的语文本中的定语从句和现在分词短语以保留源语文本的信息结构,使译文更加符合目的语的表达习惯。本翻译报告分析了翻译实例中特色文化词汇和汉语短句的翻译,探讨了翻译补偿理论和信息结构理论在指导此类翻译实践运用中的价值和意义。
[Abstract]:This paper is a translation practice report. Excerpt from Professor Cheng Zhongying's Theory of C: Chinese philosophy of Management (Chapter 4, sects. 1-3). The book elaborates the C theory put forward by Professor Cheng Zhongying, advocates dynamic harmonious dialectical management, and lays the foundation for the innovation of Chinese management philosophy. The book is not only a management book, but also a philosophical book. The translation of the book helps to introduce Chinese management philosophy to foreign readers. The creation of "C Theory: Chinese Management philosophy" is based on Professor Cheng Zhongying's thinking and observation on the application of the philosophy of the Book of changes. The text of the book is characterized by the fact that there are a large number of cultural vocabulary and philosophical terms with Chinese characteristics in the book, in addition, there are many scattered sentences and independent clauses in the book, and there are no obvious marks between sentences to show their inherent logical relationship. In order to make the target language readers better understand the connotative meaning and logical relationship of the source text, the translator, based on the translation compensation theory, adopts the methods of adding, adding and interpreting the text to compensate for the cultural default that may occur in the translation process. Reduce the cost of translation. Based on the theory of information structure and the internal logical relationship between the sentences in the source language, the translator converts the independent clauses in the source language into the attributive clauses in the target language and the present participle phrases to preserve the information structure of the source language. Make the translation more in line with the expression of the target language. This report analyzes the translation of cultural vocabulary and Chinese short sentences in translation examples, and discusses the value and significance of translation compensation theory and information structure theory in guiding the practice of such translation.
