英语教学合理化评价维度的确立

【摘要】：从教育改革的实践来看,课堂教学评价已经逐步实现了从"评教"到"评学"的转变。但事实上,教师和学生作为课堂教学不可或缺的两大角色,其教学和学习行为对教学质量影响都是不可估量的。要想真正让学生学有所得,不应该局限于"评教"或"评学",而应该站在总揽全局的高度,重新梳理并确立合理化的教学评价维度。以英语教学为例,应该贯彻"一切为了学生发展"这个基本的教育思想,确立以教师能力素养、教学活动组织、学生学习效果、师生关系等为支点的课前、课中、课后三个评价维度。
[Abstract]:From the practice of educational reform, classroom teaching evaluation has gradually realized the transformation from "evaluation of teaching" to "evaluation of learning". But in fact, teachers and students, as two indispensable roles in classroom teaching, their teaching and learning behaviors have inestimable effects on teaching quality. In order to make students learn well, we should not limit ourselves to "evaluation of teaching" or "evaluation of learning", but should rearrange and establish the rational dimension of teaching evaluation from the perspective of overall situation. Taking English teaching as an example, we should carry out the basic educational thought of "everything for the development of students", and establish the pre-class, and so on, with teachers' ability literacy, teaching activity organization, student learning effect, teacher-student relationship, etc as the fulcrum. Three evaluation dimensions after class.
