高中英语教师阅读教学信念与教学行为关系的调查研究

【摘要】:本文主要研究高中英语教师的阅读教学信念,阅读教学行为以及两者的关系。并试图回答以下问题:(1)当前高中英语教师阅读教学信念的现状如何?是否受到他们个体差异的影响?(2)当前高中英语教师阅读教学行为的现状如何?是否受到他们个体差异的影响?(3)当前高中英语教师阅读教学信念与其阅读教学行为关系如何?(4)什么因素影响了这两者的关系?笔者采取定量与定性相结合的研究方法,对来自山西省晋城市泽州县两个不同类型(泽州县第一中学、泽州县第二中学)学校的35名英语教师的阅读教学信念进行调查,分析了教师的个体差异对其阅读教学信念的影响;通过对其中在教龄、学历、学校类型上有明显差异的4位英语教师的阅读课堂进行观察来了解当前他们阅读教学行为的现状,分析教师的个体差异对其教学行为的影响,以及英语教师阅读教学信念与阅读教学行为之间的关系;再次,通过对4位教师的课后访谈,笔者深入了解影响其教学信念与课堂教学行为关系的因素。最后,笔者采用SPSS 17.0对问卷和课堂观察所得到的数据进行了描述性统计、独立样本T检验、相关性分析和单因素方差分析。本研究结果显示:(1)高中英语教师基本上摒弃了传统的阅读教学信念,另外其阅读教学信念受教龄、学历、学校类型的影响;(2)部分英语教师仍然采用传统的阅读教学方式,其阅读教学行为受教龄、学历、学校类型的影响;(3)影响英语教师阅读教学信念和教学行为关系的因素有:教师的学习经历,教学实践的总结,新课标和先进教学理论的学习等。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on high school English teachers' reading teaching beliefs, reading teaching behavior and the relationship between the two. And try to answer the following question: 1) what is the current situation of high school English teachers' belief in reading teaching? Is it influenced by their individual differences? (2) what is the current situation of English teachers' reading teaching behavior in senior high school? Is it influenced by their individual differences? (3) how does the current high school English teachers' reading teaching beliefs relate to their reading teaching behaviors? (4) what factors affect the relationship between the two? By combining quantitative and qualitative methods, the author investigated the reading teaching beliefs of 35 English teachers from two different types of schools in Zezhou County, Jincheng City, Shanxi Province (No. 1 Middle School in Zezhou County and No. 2 Middle School in Zezhou County). This paper analyzes the influence of teachers' individual differences on their reading teaching beliefs, and finds out the current situation of their reading teaching behavior by observing the reading class of four English teachers who have obvious differences in teaching age, academic qualifications and school types. This paper analyzes the influence of teachers' individual differences on their teaching behavior and the relationship between reading teaching beliefs and reading teaching behaviors of English teachers. The author deeply understands the factors that affect the relationship between his teaching beliefs and classroom teaching behaviors. Finally, the author uses SPSS 17.0 to carry on descriptive statistics, independent sample T-test, correlation analysis and univariate variance analysis to the data obtained from questionnaire and classroom observation. The results of this study show that: (1) English teachers in senior high school have basically abandoned their traditional beliefs in reading teaching. In addition, their beliefs in reading teaching are influenced by their teaching years, academic qualifications and school types.) some English teachers still adopt the traditional teaching methods of reading. The factors influencing the relationship between reading teaching beliefs and teaching behaviors of English teachers are: teachers' learning experience, the summary of teaching practice, the study of new curriculum standards and the study of advanced teaching theory, etc.
