高中英语教学中的中国文化导入研究

【摘要】:随着全球化的发展,越来越多的交流发生在来自不同国家不同文化背景的人当中,人与人之间进行着越来越多跨文化交际的活动,英语已经成为了其中一门世界通用语言。但是当前国内学生在接触西方文化过程中,主要的途径就是学习英语,然而学生只了解西方文化的内容,发展历程,社会背景等,却对本国文化比较陌生,所以,难以熟练使用较为标注化、本土化的语言来表达自身的文化。“中国文化失语症”概念的提出为我国目前的英语教学敲响了警钟。针对这些问题,笔者以所在宁波市慈湖中学学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查形式,研究目前高中学生用英语表达中国文化的程度情况和目前高中学生对于在英语教学中导入中国文化的态度情况,在此基础上,探索如何在高中英语教学中对学生进行中国文化的导入。本论文回顾了国内外外语教学中语言教学结合母语文化的研究状况,培养学生的跨文化交际能力已经成为如今的研究热点,广大学者普遍认为应该将文化教学纳入到语言教学当中。本论文以语言与文化相结合理论、跨文化交际理论为研究基础,结合高中英语课程标准的要求为本论文的研究指明了方向。通过实践,探讨了将中国文化导入到英语教学中的有效性和可行性。本论文以问卷调查为基础,在此基础上通过大量详实的案例展现了具体的操作方法:在课内,利用文化包,传递中西文化差异的信息;利用课堂随文讲解,进行文化导入;结合教材内容适时开设文化比较课;利用所学课文模拟写作;设置校本课程,系统介绍中国文化。在课外,积累词汇;欣赏原版影片;根据时节开设中西节日沙龙;增加课外阅读,吸收文化养分。从学生层面来讲,在学习英语课程中穿插一些中国文化,在一定程度上可以锻炼学生良好的交际能力,拓宽学生的视野,而且还促进了全球文化的发展。除此以外,还有利于提高学生的综合文化素质,促进世界文化朝着多元化的方向发展,从而为后期国际文化关系的建立打下坚实的基础。最后本论文得出启示:完善教材配置,落实高中英语课程标准要求;培养学生对中国文化的兴趣,提高学生跨文化交际能力;提升英语教师自身素质,与学生共同成长;逐步改善高中英语课程的评价制度。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, more and more communication takes place among people from different cultural backgrounds in different countries. There are more and more cross-cultural communication activities between people. English has become one of the universal languages in the world. However, at present, the main way for domestic students to learn English is to learn English in the process of contact with western culture. However, students only understand the contents of western culture, the course of development, the social background, and so on, but they are relatively unfamiliar with their own culture, so, Difficult to use more annotated, native language to express their own culture. The concept of "Chinese cultural aphasia" has sounded the alarm for the present English teaching in China. In view of these problems, the author takes the students of Cihu Middle School in Ningbo City as the research object, through the form of questionnaire, On the basis of the study on the degree to which Chinese culture is expressed by senior high school students in English and their attitude towards the introduction of Chinese culture in English teaching, Explore how to introduce Chinese culture to students in English teaching in senior high school. This thesis reviews the research situation of combining language teaching with mother tongue culture in foreign language teaching at home and abroad, and the cultivation of students' intercultural communicative competence has become a hot research topic. Scholars generally believe that culture teaching should be incorporated into language teaching. Based on the theory of language and culture, the theory of intercultural communication and the requirements of English curriculum standards in senior high school, this thesis points out the direction of this thesis. Through practice, this paper discusses the validity and feasibility of introducing Chinese culture into English teaching. On the basis of questionnaire survey, this paper shows the concrete methods of operation through a large number of detailed cases: in class, using cultural package to transfer the information of cultural differences between China and the West; In combination with the contents of the textbook, we should set up a cultural comparison course at the right time; use the text we have learned to simulate writing; set up a school-based course to introduce Chinese culture systematically. In extracurricular, accumulate vocabulary; appreciate original film; open Chinese and western festival salon according to season; increase extracurricular reading, absorb culture nutrient. At the student level, the introduction of some Chinese culture into the learning English course can to a certain extent exercise students' good communicative competence, broaden their horizons, and promote the development of global culture. In addition, it is helpful to improve the students' comprehensive cultural quality and to promote the development of world culture in the direction of pluralism, thus laying a solid foundation for the establishment of international cultural relations in the later period. Finally, the thesis draws some inspirations: perfecting the teaching material allocation, implementing the English curriculum standard of senior high school, cultivating students' interest in Chinese culture, improving students' intercultural communicative ability, improving the quality of English teachers themselves and growing up with students; Gradually improve the high school English curriculum evaluation system.
